    I see lot of comments about waking up in the morning when alarm rings. But he just took alarm as an example to show how to change in life when we feel like it should be changed (that’s the inner alarm).

    Waking up every morning is hard but you have to. You should start your day with a positive thinking. Just set your mind that everyday is a new day, a new beginning and correct our wrong doing and forgive those people who hurt us.

    Sir I am the 5th type I wake up even before my alarm rings and start chasing my goals for the day becuse only after I hear the alarm clock I feel sleepy so I try to beat my alarm clock everyday by wakeing up before it rings

    I wake up every day without an alarm at 8 AM and enjoy a nice meditation session. After a nice stroll in the neighborhood, I come back and prepare a healthy breakfast and enjoy some coffee. I don't have to work so I am basically savoring every minute.

    I've even woke up without setting alarm on the time I wanted to wake up. And also, when I'd set the alarm, I have even stopped the alarm and had a nice sleep many times.
    Here, I understand that the commitment or the interest towards something is very important.👍
    I'm either on roof top or on the ground level(bottom). It sounds funny; but how do we maintain the consistency. Even a video on this topic would be better.

    3:00am
    3:50 am

    I am all four of them.....
    When its sunday i become a "sleeper"
    When its a working day or you can also say when i go to school i end up becoming a "snoozer"
    When i have maths tutions than i push myself to wake up and do as i think but end up falling back to the bed because of my great hatred for maths and become a "faller"
    And i become a "waker" whe n i am standing at the brink of suicide , i.e., when my exams begins

    I'm in 5th type. Who tell to myself in night that wake me up in 5am then I set alarm for 5am but I always wakes up just before 5 or 10 min. Is there any inner or spiritual power who is helping me in my life??? Please answer there should be many more persons like me.

      Even I have experienced this but only when I really need to wake up for some important things like exams etc. I have read in many books that when we decide very firmly to do any particular thing, in this case waking up at 5 am, our subconscious mind gets activated which wake us up even before the alarm rings. So its your subconscious mind waking you up.

    Actually, When I want to do any work that is important to me like studying I will wake up at the first ring but if I will give some works to me which is not more important but a little important I will change the alarm to 5min or 10 min or more than 1 hour. I am a waker as well as snoozer. But one day I think when I want to fulfill my dream I think I want to be a waker. So the one thing is set short term goals and long term goals which is the most important in the life and you will be wake up at the time you set. And now I'm a waker to achieve my goals. Do you want to be a waker or snoozer?

      Waker then I became
      Snoozer then I became
      Faller and Now
      I am sleeper
      Before every stage described by Swamy there's one more stage which is a person wakes up before alarm rings and switches it off and sleep forever "the enthusiast sleepers".
      Same with my spiritual life.
      This is same for every one.
      But you can change that.

    I don't wake up to an alarm because it makes jump out of my sleep and I get sick. So I wake normally

    I'm the one who switch off the alarm as it rings and sleep again until it rings again. Again I do the same until I realize it's too late now and I have to wake up. 😔 I really want to change my habit but I just can't. I Don't get it what should I do..😕😔☹
