Have you looked into non-toxic products for your home and body? Like hand/body/dish soap, shampoo/conditioner, laundry detergent etc? Target has a lot of great non-toxic options these days like Mrs. Meyers and Native 😊
The only diapers that prevented diaper rash was cloths, so we just ordered a ton of ALVA Baby brand cloth diapers off of amazon, and its honestly been the best change for us.

I don’t know if anyone had maybe already told you this but they have outdoor shade window coverings that help block out some of the sun from blazing in! They also give you more privacy from outside!! You should definitely look into that option for your living room.
Your speaking my language with that soap!! Bath and body works rocks and as far as Christmas soap that’s my world but try out fresh balsam it’s my favorite scent so try it out next time you restock
My fav hack is using a blow dryer after wiping them when changing a diaper and then putting diaper cream on. If you put diaper cream on when there is any moisture it can get bad. My babies always start to get a little red and then at 4weeks or so it turns into an actual horrible rash so this is the trick we use to prevent and to treat. Baking soda baths or a baking soda solution with a wash cloth to pat them is great for a rash. We try and not use a bunch of chemicals ect.
Huggies were my favorite for disposable diapers. I liked how they were more elastic and just gave a better fit. I also really liked smart bottoms all in one cloth diapers. They give a good fit around the top back so you don’t get blow outs for #2s.
Aspyn- Auqauphor is a great barrier cream. I say use it at night or when you don’t use butt paste. Butt paste is better to heal an actual rash. We love auqaphor and it really helps keep my son from getting rashes! You guys are doing so great! Cove is precious.
try using a warm baby face cloth instead of wipes. its more gentle and effective reducing risk of rash . also coconut oil for cream . its antibacterial and anti fungal.
We used Aquaphor for my baby, she’s now 2 1/2 and still uses it every now and then for other things. But it was a life saver and the only diaper rash cream that worked!!! 😬 A lot of people use it and you can use it for a lot of things.
You could look into some electric shades for your windows in the living room. 👍🏼👍🏼 I’m pretty sure they make shades that block harsh light but you can still see thru them.

YES the night sweats are a thing! I can’t miss a day of showering. I’m 7 weeks pp with my second and it’s gotten better so you have that to look forward to 😂
i would try Clinical Strength deodorant! I think secret is the one I’ve tried and loved. I don’t use it all the time but i use it in high stress situations where i know I’m more prone to sweating lol. I don’t think it would totally solve your night sweats but it actually makes a HUGE difference (for me at least) and it’s worth the money!

Maybe buy curtains for the windows but buy several packs so you can sew them together to make long ones. I know custom curtains are ridiculously expensive but nothing a little DIY can’t accomplish inexpensively.
