There are different "districts" of the Chequamegon but it's so cool to have that much public land. The midwest is lacking in huge tracts of public land. Which one did you camp at?
@@ladyrocklander Yeah look north of Hwy 2 in Wisconsin for that part...there is a really nice road that goes to the south shore of Lake Superior. And then the National Forests in Michigan are not far from there.
