Sir can you tell me whats the difference between the formula Tr+1=(nr)a^n-r,b^r and the formula you said on the video. Because my teacher tells me to use that formula instead of the one you said on the video

(3+4x)(1-2x)^7
-504x^3

@@shivanshusuryakar8692 2 possibilities of generating x^3
1.3×(ax^3) coeff.=3[7C3.(-2)^3]
2.4(bx^2) coeff.=4.[7C2.(-2)^2]
And add both the coeff.

4C0 means out of 4 items how many ways are there to choose 0? Answer is there is only 1 way to choose no items out of 4. Hope that helps!
