This is my final manga vs anime comparison video, thank you so much for tuning into these videos over the last 12 weeks. I tried to get them released as soon as possible each week, which really pushed my team to the limit. However we made it, and we hope that you enjoy this final double episode comparison video!
I'm really enjoying how things are being rearranged and expanded. Feels like I watching something new even though Im familiar with the source material.
I feel as though this episode was even more exciting for the people who already read the Manga because of the extraordinary changes. We expected something and it gave us something else entirely which was just very cool IMO
Senjumaru's Zanpakuto Shigarami's Bankai, Shatatsu Karagara Shigarami no Tsuji, seems to allow Senjumaru to manipulate the space within her Bankai-literally weaving and sealing victims' fates within her clothwork. Her weavings possess unique patterns and thus powers, which seem to be limited only by the concept of weaving and Senjumaru's skill in it.
It would add up with the Lille shooting himself up part however there seems to be more to it than that her initial powers seem to be based on Reishi and sewing and the space manipulation wouldn't explain all of the 6 scenes imo its actually weaving all non organic Reishi matter wich could weave something similar to Nanao's familly Zanpakuto into her tapestries that is capable of repeling light at any rate that part is just initially after it gets a hold on the oponents however it seems to actually be able to weave them into tapestries

@@jackwitt7430 space manipulation doesn't explain a lot of what's going on in that scene tho more specifically her ability to be able to turn them into tapestries thats much more akin to reality warping to space manipulation but since it's a Bankai and none of her previous abilities have been related in any way to space its much more likely that its related to sowing Reishi matter
In the manga, the zero division gets BODIED. I like how in the anime they at least explained or prefaced the fact that the squad is actually OP but they have their bankais sealed.
Her Bakai looks like a reference to the Sisters of fate from the Greek Mythology, seems like she is not actually defeating them, but sealing their destiny, as you pointed out that each of the cloths foreshadows how each one of them gets defeated later on.
I think the first episode of cour 3 is going to be titled "A". Since we see Uryu being involved in the battle against Senjumaru, I think having both him and Yhwach using their powers to turn the tides of their battles would be a very cool way to show of the power of both the Quincy King and his Heir!
People keep misunderstanding Senjumaru's powers. Her Shikai "shigarami" weaves anything of her choice into existence seeing as how she created an entire replica of herself and the royal palace and an umbrella. And even Oh etsu's flesh is reconstructed by her weaving Her Bankai which is currently impossible for me to pronounce enables her to weave fate itself. That's most likely what is happening here. Fire isn't a counter to Jugram's balance. But it's a foreshadowing of his fight against Bazz-b. Same with Gerard which foreshadows his fight against Toshiro. Same with Lille Barro who has his power reflected back at him. That's more than likely what's going on here. I'm so glad you picked up on this. The zero division are completely insane
As much as I enjoyed the 2 special season finale I really wished they had concluded Ichibei vs Yhwach. But I think one of the reasons was to redeem squad 0 from the manga. This is what Kubo originally wanted to make us see the royal guard. Have them go out in glory and not defeated off screen.

I love the idea that Senjumaru weaves fate. So the real question is: Does the Bankai reflect the fate already established, or does Senjumaru literally create their fates from nothing? Almost seems to be a contingency: If they can't stay sealed by the Bankai, their fate already is. And considering the preview of Cour 3 shows Ishida being the only one fighting back, that plays into either: The change in path Ishida will take, or more likely, his Schrift The Antithesis.
idk to me it seems more like she traps all her opponents in a pocket dimension where she can trap them in individual cells and sow what will happen to them in their dimensional cell. It seems like she has freedom to choose what happens to them based on thebl designs she sows. So personally I'd call it limited reality warping within her pocket dimension, through the limits of her ability to sow
@diegoc.8518 His attack was reflected back at him which essentially turned him into birds even vice captains can beat, so it is accurate to say his own attack killed him. At least his second form.
Senjumaru was the only choice cause they also wanted to seal them than just kill them…knowing yuha might revive them it will bad for only ichibei or one member to fight seven quince’s…after
22:28 this line from tenjiro resembles unohana s monologue about yamamoto s bankai having enough power to endanger the existence of the soul society, except that this time senjumaru s power is endangering all of the bleach worlds, not just one
This episode was so amazing! Who would have guessed they would have given Squad 0 the showing they deserved like this. Senjumaru mopping the floor with them all had me stupefied! Thanks for always being there to give us all the deets so we can properly nerd out in all the Bleach glory! Feature request to fill in the time before the next cour: JJK analysis and deep dives 🤩
As I said elsewhere Kon's segment was actually welcomed. It's a sharp contrast to the bloody carnage we've been seeing so far. And it subtly contrasts the brutal war due to Kon's no killing pacifists views that he holds to like gold. No one else except Orihime has such views.
I hope Ichibei's final ability gets recontextualized too if they change it so that he does it after Senjumaru dies it would give anime onlys the impression of a closer fight due to him getting a similar power up to the one we saw yesterday making the outcome more shocking for the viewers
Got to say when I heard Kirio said that's what I expect from squad 0 was basically speaking on behalf of all fans who were disappointed. Love to see the self awareness
This is what an anime Adaptation should be. Making the anime look and feel as good if not better than the manga and improving and explaining upon the main source materials short comings. Honestly this really is the perfect adaptation. Bleach fams eating GOOD. Too bad can't say the same for jjk fans.

22:40 It makes me wonder, if Ichibe isn't also part of this Blood Pact, where he would be only allowed his most powerful techniques after Zero Division is dead. Which would justify for the Zero Squad dying so quickly in the manga. 30:35 It was good decision - this allowed for them to properly animate Senjumaru fight and half of the Ichibe vs Black Ant fight. And the cliffhanger is actually adding more hype to the Zero Division, giving a lot of fake hope for the Shinigami. And it means we will get a really good first episode next Cour.
That actually makes a lot of sense. Especially with him not being in the cage. He is the strongest and thus has to put love the others. And as they die, much like Yhwah, he gets stronger
Senjumaru makes me look forward to Kyoraku Bankai. And her released definitely reminded me of Ulquiorra release on the roof of Hueco Mundo but on a grander scale.
The only thing I'm sad about, even though all of the zero squad having the blood pact to seal their true powers is sick, is that we don't get to see what the other 3 members can actually do. Like if Senjumaru's Bankai literally shakes reality itself and is that powerful and OP to literally weave reality itself then imagine what the other 3's abilities could be and we most likely won't ever be seeing them. Unless we actually get the hell arc and Kubo decides to write them into the story and show it there but I doubt that'll happen.
Yeah I feel like he did this so that he could fit the story into the allotted time. Also her based on her abilities she might be best suited for this fight against the others. But having their powers joined as a super attack is cool
Considering how much of both episode was anime exclusive we know this will be a big and wonderful video! Also hats off to the anime team for giving us the Zero division we were expecting not the one shotted ones from the manga!! Wooh!
My theory : senjumaru banksi true power is to LITTERALLY weave the fate itself. That's why it is sealed in the first place, so she can't just change fate willingly

Kirinji and Hikifune have to push in the blade into their throats with a second hand to really drive itin while Nimaiya just touches the blade and since it cuts thru anything like theres nothing there, he just starts bleeding out a fountain
I feel like its clear to to me now all the powers of the Zero division and their greatest creations/contributions to the Soul Society. Before the anime we wern't quite aware of Senjumaru and Tenjiro. But now it seems to be apparent so Tenjiro Kirinji - Hot Spring Demon (Creator of Medicine and Healing) Senjumaru Shutara - Great Weaver (Ruler of Fate and maybe reality) Kirio Hikifune - Grain King (Creator of Artificial Souls/ Maybe the Ruler of them?) Oetsu Namiya - #1 Zanpakuto Creator (Creator of the Sword) Ichibe Hyosube - Manako Osho (The Creator of Names/Things in general) I think its fitting that Ichibe and Senjumaru are what they are and are as powerful as they are because out of all of Squad 0 they are the least trustworthy. Especially taking into consideration CFYOW.
Senjumaru is so similar to Japanese goddess of weaving, wakahiru, she is the younger sister of ameterasu and daughter to izanami and izanagi, they all are very closely related, search it up, even her picture is really similar to senjumaru, its fascinating truly

I now like to think that it’s not foreshadowing how they will die, but the bankai sealed their fates. “Wowen” their demise into their very existence, so that no matter what happens next, the SS die the way decided by senjumaru
@@ryandelmundo4965 the first option would make the blood seal worth the sacrifice, making the Bankai and squad 0 that much more impressive. We know she will have to lose to ss, but it would redeem her death. Give her ability a “I got your fate sealed and woven into the fabric of your existence” type of OP ability, so that the squad 0 make sense plot-wise.
Nobody else noticed that jugrams "death" is also a reference to how his uncle died were they used to live? As also bazz's family died in their burning castle bacaise of Yhwach
I think it's more illustrating tragedy, as while some of them are referencing their deaths in the future, some of them don't exactly match up. Uryu's fate being a clear reference to Auschwalen, but iirc he never goes through it himself but he did lose his mother to it, and Jugram beat Bazz-b iirc, and having to kill your best friend would be quite a tragedy
@jasdeepsingh7874 Gerard was temporarily defeated by Hitsugaya with his ice. Lille's own power defeated him against his fight with Shunsui and Nanao. Pernida being immobilized by Mayuri. Even though wasn't defeated by him, Jugram and Bazz-b. Then again, he was burned physically and metaphorically by the person ge devoted himself to, Yhwach. When Askin died, he was defeated inside an enclosure sustaining heavy damage. Uryu, getting his vigor stolen by Jugram; could also be a reference to Auswhalen

I'd also like to see your thoughts and speculations on the other zero squad members' powers, since the episode frames the powers they utilized to be their shika abilities, with the exception of Nimaiya, hinted at when Senjumaru mentioned Shigarami in her fight against Gerard.
I wonder if Senjumaru's Bankai is a deceiving type of ability like Kinshara Butodan or she's actually using multiple elements thanks to the different clothes and patterns, that'd be breaking some set in stone rules like "No zanpakuto can wield more than one element" and that's why they had to seal it under a blood oath
I think oh etsu told senjumaru to not overdo it because their power could do damage to the world not because they underestimate the opponent as we later see when she uses her bankai all the parts of the worlds start to tremble. Else of that that's another great video and thanks for all you've done and your comparisons for us that didn't read the manga.
I loved the Zero division fights. They were so well made and the new diverted content is what I wanted to see from the TYBW anime. I’m glad they went all the way to show us Senjumaru’s bankai. Honestly Bleach has blown away all expectations with this episode. I dun think any anime this seasons even comes close to the quality of story, action and animation we got with Bleach TYBW
Fun fact i realised while watching the episode on saturday, when senjumaru activates her bankai, when she says thump and rattle it actually links up with the three worlds shaking it took me a while to get it but its such a nice touch to show you that her bankai is so overpowered that it being activated is causing this much damage while Yammamoto's was said to be able to destory the soul society if it was left activated for too long.
My theory since episode 26 is supposedly titled "A" I think that the A not only pertain to "Almighty" but also "Antithesis". So if I go by that logic. I think Uryu will defeat Shutara and that is where Uryu's line in the cour 2 trailer comes in, where Uryu mentions "defeating someone for his Majesty".
this one episode especially makes me anxious yet excitied to see what the promised battle may be, the battle between aizen (ichigo, too) and yhwach! taking senjimaru's bankai!, the squad 0 vs the elite quincy displayed in detail, in mind what are they planning to do with it? orrr should i say planned for them to do?!

Btw, there is a change isn't captured in the post-credit scene and that is that Shunsui says he's going to Room 46 in the manga instead of simply saying he's going to get a drink in the anime.
I hope that there's going to be a point when Ichibei vs Yhwach is the sole focus of the episode. Anime did a good job rehabilitating other Squad Zero members but fight against Ichibei is meant to be absolutely climactic.

5:42 i didnt even notice the needles in her hands 😱. That means uryu was able to react to her trying to overwrite his wardrobe similar to how she did to Sternritter W the wind. Who she blitzed so fast we couldn't even see it. Uryu is finally getting some nice showings as the successor of yhwach. cant wait for cour 3 to see what else uryu will do.
Theory: The royal guard is actually defeated but after Yhwach gets the almighty and defeats Ichibei he’ll fights Senjumaru and wins of course, saving the royal guard. If they take this route then the royal guard will still be in the story and Senjumaru’s statement about squad zeros strength will stay believable.
I'm so glad the writers chose Senjumaru for the bankai reveal cuz she barely got anything compared to the other Zero Division in the manga. Hikifune's showed off her powerful tree /foodand was heavily talked about in Turn back the pendulum, Kirinji had a whole scene about his healing bathwater, Nimaiya helped with Ichigo's new zanpaktou (and we all knew what Ichibe got) while her only main scene was the very short fight with Nianzol and the small comedy section with Renji/Rukia
senjumaru's bankai translates to "crossroads of the carcass" current therory is that she pulls the opponents future death and weaves it into the present in her bankai. Notice how each of the quincies "die" the same way they are defeated. lille dies shooting himself, askin is stopped and trapped, pernida is swallowed by black sand (mayuri's name literally means black sand), gerade is frozen, haswald gets burned like against bazz b, uryu's is difficult to parse. though some of these are stretches.
Sure did. In the manga it felt like they were one-trick ponies that got a trophy. Then they were moved to the palace of the Soul King, but didn't actually have the ability to protect him. Whereas here, you can see that not only did they create pillars but they also have the strength to back that up.
What really intrigues me is that in one of the comercial breaks thumbnail, that are mostly related to what is happening in the context of the saga, appears a kubo drawing of Ulquiorra M. segunda etapa. I'm really wonder if it could be what i'm thinking 🤔🤨🤭🥰
Next up, zarakis demon Hellish bankai and kyorakus sinister bankai. i hope Urahara gets the bankai trope treatment aswell. love the fact that everyone doesnt know whats next. also senjumarus downfall is going to topple peoples top 10 strongest list again very soon. we need a new list and i believe Ishida Uryu is going to shock everyone next year. No single schift has been used so far maybe Askin and Pernida and even thats iffy. theres also no point of yhwach making uryu his successor if he cant defeat a single 0 squad member. no point in making uryu the one to casually help yhwach escape hikifunes trap and no point in making ichibe talk about the ability to escape also no point in giving us Uryus journey through out the arc. The uryu you know from the manga is gone just like the 0 squad senjumaru. also your statement "no way in hell" is just setting yourself up for dissapointment, because IF things end up different from your must happen scenerio you might end up like one of the twitter furious rants. you think everyone is happy about senjumarus new role? anyway however they do it im sure it will be better than the manga so ill take it wheather its a team effort which i highly doubt or its Uryus time to shine as long as it makes sense.

Aizens multiple appearances, Uryus journey of self discovery, yhwach being asleep when zaraki fights gremmy, Senjumarus Bankai, Zaraki possibly being the oldest shinigami in the current Gotei 13 . The source material is no longer a reliable source for predicting what comes next as its getting retconned left and right in real time. YT is acting up so i cant really see the full reply you sent, if you possible you could resend it.

Rivalling the almighty is an extremely bald claim that needs serious justification. kubo will give us that. i mean even if just slightly kubo went out of his way to even make ichibe acknowledge his abilities aswell. "5 strongest shinigamis" is also a huge stretch. wait for the show to wrap up to make such a bald claim. weve seen some of their shikais and its already clear Kyoka suigetsu, Ryuujin jaka and Nozarashi have all displayed much better feats. lets wait for the quincies to go all out aswell as everyone elses anime bankai adaptations to make any conclusions.
The sequence of events after she used her Bankai invites so many interesting theories about what exactly her power is. Because I don’t think the anime will change the fact that ultimately the 0 division gets defeated by the schutzstaffel. But it seems that later on these same sternritter will be defeated in ways similar to what was shown in this episode. That’s insane!
I imagine that a combo of both Uryu's Antithesis and Hashwalth's Balance are what is going to undo Senjumaru's bankai...hence them not being in their holy forms and the previously changed episode title "A+B."
I just wish the kon scene showed rukia in the bath and the orhime and yorichi scene. Just to make a point that isnt censorship that they removed it, but to keep a consistent tone. Maybe they will do it during cour 3 or 4 finale.
I don't know if its just me but that blood poison guys reminds me of a Jojo Style character, no character specifically, just looks like he could be one, he is cunning like Joseph Joestar and uses his tactic to run away just like every Jojo lol
Yah i believe he has the most destructive bankai for he is a zampaktu creator... I believe senjumaru is not the most powerfull bankain 4 of them ...for the 3 might have op bankai and cannot be use like kirio if she is food of life her bankai might be opposite which might can destroy evrything opposite of life is death...
hey I'm kind of new to bleach i know the basic stuff I've seen some of the original anime but really started watching this war arc. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE EXPLAIN TO ME HOW ICHIGO IS THE STRONGEST? i know hes the main character and all but all i seen from him is Super strength, durability, speed and he can shoot those energy blast but that's all he does ( remember I'm new to bleach don't roast me lol) and compared to the other character with Insane ABILITIES and hax ( my favorite character so far lille barro) i really don't see how he competes
I’m guessing the reason the episode ended early is just pacing/storytelling and tonal decisions. And not production issues. This is evident with the King of New York’s light heartiness contrasting the intense and violent fights we have been getting this WHOLE cour. And also seeing Squad 0 getting clapped after just showing how strong they are is just bad story telling. Evident in the manga where that did happen. They are just learning from past mistakes and spacing out the story within each episode to make the story more digestible and acceptable. Cour 1 was the Quincy winning. So Cour 2 has to end with the Shinigani side winning. If Squad 0 loses during the season finale, it would’ve flowed terribly.
The one thing I’m confused about still is the effect of the auswahlen on the royal guard. Like did it give them back power they had but gave to the weaker quinces or did yw take the weaker powers from them and give it to the royal guards . In the manga ik lil says it’s power they had already but the anime explaining what auswahlen does makes it seem like they got a power up. The only thing I can think of is that lil meant their abilities that they had didn’t change just the strength of them.
Quetion about the balance schrift. Can it be used in a situation like being caught up in a natural disaster where there is no people opponents to use on, or does it has to be someone to use it on? While on the topic of schrifts, can gerard turn back to normal size after god sized up, or is he stuck as a colosal titan of a viking warrior? And get he ungrow his wings, or is he stuck with it?
These last two episodes were absolutely lit. If Kubo and the rest of the anime staff are changing things from the Manga, I hope that the rest of Squad Zero would be defeated by Yhwach himself. Also, if you come to think of it, Kisuke has some semblance with some of the powers of Squad Zero.

It's also a convenient plot point as to how we can only see 1 bankai, but it doesn't feel bad

People keep misunderstanding Senjumaru's powers.
Her Shikai "shigarami" weaves anything of her choice into existence seeing as how she created an entire replica of herself and the royal palace and an umbrella. And even Oh etsu's flesh is reconstructed by her weaving
Her Bankai which is currently impossible for me to pronounce enables her to weave fate itself. That's most likely what is happening here. Fire isn't a counter to Jugram's balance. But it's a foreshadowing of his fight against Bazz-b. Same with Gerard which foreshadows his fight against Toshiro. Same with Lille Barro who has his power reflected back at him. That's more than likely what's going on here.

As much as I enjoyed the 2 special season finale I really wished they had concluded Ichibei vs Yhwach. But I think one of the reasons was to redeem squad 0 from the manga. This is what Kubo originally wanted to make us see the royal guard. Have them go out in glory and not defeated off screen.

I love the idea that Senjumaru weaves fate. So the real question is: Does the Bankai reflect the fate already established, or does Senjumaru literally create their fates from nothing? Almost seems to be a contingency: If they can't stay sealed by the Bankai, their fate already is. And considering the preview of Cour 3 shows Ishida being the only one fighting back, that plays into either: The change in path Ishida will take, or more likely, his Schrift The Antithesis.
idk to me it seems more like she traps all her opponents in a pocket dimension where she can trap them in individual cells and sow what will happen to them in their dimensional cell. It seems like she has freedom to choose what happens to them based on thebl designs she sows. So personally I'd call it limited reality warping within her pocket dimension, through the limits of her ability to sow

As I said elsewhere Kon's segment was actually welcomed. It's a sharp contrast to the bloody carnage we've been seeing so far. And it subtly contrasts the brutal war due to Kon's no killing pacifists views that he holds to like gold. No one else except Orihime has such views.

And the cliffhanger is actually adding more hype to the Zero Division, giving a lot of fake hope for the Shinigami. And it means we will get a really good first episode next Cour.

Senjumaru makes me look forward to Kyoraku Bankai. And her released definitely reminded me of Ulquiorra release on the roof of Hueco Mundo but on a grander scale.
The only thing I'm sad about, even though all of the zero squad having the blood pact to seal their true powers is sick, is that we don't get to see what the other 3 members can actually do. Like if Senjumaru's Bankai literally shakes reality itself and is that powerful and OP to literally weave reality itself then imagine what the other 3's abilities could be and we most likely won't ever be seeing them. Unless we actually get the hell arc and Kubo decides to write them into the story and show it there but I doubt that'll happen.

I feel like its clear to to me now all the powers of the Zero division and their greatest creations/contributions to the Soul Society. Before the anime we wern't quite aware of Senjumaru and Tenjiro.

I think its fitting that Ichibe and Senjumaru are what they are and are as powerful as they are because out of all of Squad 0 they are the least trustworthy. Especially taking into consideration CFYOW.
Senjumaru is so similar to Japanese goddess of weaving, wakahiru, she is the younger sister of ameterasu and daughter to izanami and izanagi, they all are very closely related, search it up, even her picture is really similar to senjumaru, its fascinating truly

I now like to think that it’s not foreshadowing how they will die, but the bankai sealed their fates. “Wowen” their demise into their very existence, so that no matter what happens next, the SS die the way decided by senjumaru

I think it's more illustrating tragedy, as while some of them are referencing their deaths in the future, some of them don't exactly match up. Uryu's fate being a clear reference to Auschwalen, but iirc he never goes through it himself but he did lose his mother to it, and Jugram beat Bazz-b iirc, and having to kill your best friend would be quite a tragedy

Gerard was temporarily defeated by Hitsugaya with his ice. Lille's own power defeated him against his fight with Shunsui and Nanao. Pernida being immobilized by Mayuri. Even though wasn't defeated by him, Jugram and Bazz-b. Then again, he was burned physically and metaphorically by the person ge devoted himself to, Yhwach. When Askin died, he was defeated inside an enclosure sustaining heavy damage. Uryu, getting his vigor stolen by Jugram; could also be a reference to Auswhalen

I wonder if Senjumaru's Bankai is a deceiving type of ability like Kinshara Butodan or she's actually using multiple elements thanks to the different clothes and patterns, that'd be breaking some set in stone rules like "No zanpakuto can wield more than one element" and that's why they had to seal it under a blood oath

I loved the Zero division fights. They were so well made and the new diverted content is what I wanted to see from the TYBW anime. I’m glad they went all the way to show us Senjumaru’s bankai. Honestly Bleach has blown away all expectations with this episode. I dun think any anime this seasons even comes close to the quality of story, action and animation we got with Bleach TYBW
Fun fact i realised while watching the episode on saturday, when senjumaru activates her bankai, when she says thump and rattle it actually links up with the three worlds shaking it took me a while to get it but its such a nice touch to show you that her bankai is so overpowered that it being activated is causing this much damage while Yammamoto's was said to be able to destory the soul society if it was left activated for too long.
My theory since episode 26 is supposedly titled "A" I think that the A not only pertain to "Almighty" but also "Antithesis".
So if I go by that logic. I think Uryu will defeat Shutara and that is where Uryu's line in the cour 2 trailer comes in, where Uryu mentions "defeating someone for his Majesty".

Senjumaru Didn't activate just a Bankai. She activated her Domain Expansion (Or Reality Marble) with the sure hit effects and all.
I hope that there's going to be a point when Ichibei vs Yhwach is the sole focus of the episode.
Anime did a good job rehabilitating other Squad Zero members but fight against Ichibei is meant to be absolutely climactic.

5:42 i didnt even notice the needles in her hands 😱. That means uryu was able to react to her trying to overwrite his wardrobe similar to how she did to Sternritter W the wind. Who she blitzed so fast we couldn't even see it. Uryu is finally getting some nice showings as the successor of yhwach. cant wait for cour 3 to see what else uryu will do.
Theory: The royal guard is actually defeated but after Yhwach gets the almighty and defeats Ichibei he’ll fights Senjumaru and wins of course, saving the royal guard. If they take this route then the royal guard will still be in the story and Senjumaru’s statement about squad zeros strength will stay believable.

I'm so glad the writers chose Senjumaru for the bankai reveal cuz she barely got anything compared to the other Zero Division in the manga. Hikifune's showed off her powerful tree /foodand was heavily talked about in Turn back the pendulum, Kirinji had a whole scene about his healing bathwater, Nimaiya helped with Ichigo's new zanpaktou (and we all knew what Ichibe got) while her only main scene was the very short fight with Nianzol and the small comedy section with Renji/Rukia

Notice how each of the quincies "die" the same way they are defeated. lille dies shooting himself, askin is stopped and trapped, pernida is swallowed by black sand (mayuri's name literally means black sand), gerade is frozen, haswald gets burned like against bazz b, uryu's is difficult to parse. though some of these are stretches.

Sure did. In the manga it felt like they were one-trick ponies that got a trophy. Then they were moved to the palace of the Soul King, but didn't actually have the ability to protect him.
Whereas here, you can see that not only did they create pillars but they also have the strength to back that up.
What really intrigues me is that in one of the comercial breaks thumbnail, that are mostly related to what is happening in the context of the saga, appears a kubo drawing of Ulquiorra M. segunda etapa. I'm really wonder if it could be what i'm thinking 🤔🤨🤭🥰

The uryu you know from the manga is gone just like the 0 squad senjumaru.

Aizens multiple appearances, Uryus journey of self discovery, yhwach being asleep when zaraki fights gremmy, Senjumarus Bankai, Zaraki possibly being the oldest shinigami in the current Gotei 13 . The source material is no longer a reliable source for predicting what comes next as its getting retconned left and right in real time.

We won’t probably be getting Blu-ray until 2025 or 2026 for part two and part one we probably get in 2024 or 2025.
With these changes, and we’ll still be getting cour 3 and 4. My hopes are up seeing ichigo able to use his true bankai.
The sequence of events after she used her Bankai invites so many interesting theories about what exactly her power is. Because I don’t think the anime will change the fact that ultimately the 0 division gets defeated by the schutzstaffel. But it seems that later on these same sternritter will be defeated in ways similar to what was shown in this episode. That’s insane!

I imagine that a combo of both Uryu's Antithesis and Hashwalth's Balance are what is going to undo Senjumaru's bankai...hence them not being in their holy forms and the previously changed episode title "A+B."

hey I'm kind of new to bleach i know the basic stuff I've seen some of the original anime but really started watching this war arc. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE EXPLAIN TO ME HOW ICHIGO IS THE STRONGEST? i know hes the main character and all but all i seen from him is Super strength, durability, speed and he can shoot those energy blast but that's all he does ( remember I'm new to bleach don't roast me lol) and compared to the other character with Insane ABILITIES and hax ( my favorite character so far lille barro) i really don't see how he competes

I’m guessing the reason the episode ended early is just pacing/storytelling and tonal decisions. And not production issues. This is evident with the King of New York’s light heartiness contrasting the intense and violent fights we have been getting this WHOLE cour. And also seeing Squad 0 getting clapped after just showing how strong they are is just bad story telling. Evident in the manga where that did happen. They are just learning from past mistakes and spacing out the story within each episode to make the story more digestible and acceptable. Cour 1 was the Quincy winning. So Cour 2 has to end with the Shinigani side winning. If Squad 0 loses during the season finale, it would’ve flowed terribly.
The one thing I’m confused about still is the effect of the auswahlen on the royal guard. Like did it give them back power they had but gave to the weaker quinces or did yw take the weaker powers from them and give it to the royal guards . In the manga ik lil says it’s power they had already but the anime explaining what auswahlen does makes it seem like they got a power up. The only thing I can think of is that lil meant their abilities that they had didn’t change just the strength of them.
Quetion about the balance schrift. Can it be used in a situation like being caught up in a natural disaster where there is no people opponents to use on, or does it has to be someone to use it on?
While on the topic of schrifts, can gerard turn back to normal size after god sized up, or is he stuck as a colosal titan of a viking warrior? And get he ungrow his wings, or is he stuck with it?

These last two episodes were absolutely lit. If Kubo and the rest of the anime staff are changing things from the Manga, I hope that the rest of Squad Zero would be defeated by Yhwach himself. Also, if you come to think of it, Kisuke has some semblance with some of the powers of Squad Zero.
