Hi there. If you are in pain, I would suggest seeing a Physio or a specialist that can give you specific exercises for your body. If you are not in pain then this mini class can be very good for you. I would suggest doing the 2nd exercise in the same way the 1st exercise is performed, meaning "Bridging" the spine up, rather than "Curling" one vertebrae at a time. If anything is causing discomfort or pain, you should stop and seek advice form someone who can assess your body and movement.
