I have this and I resonate with not needing other people to feel happy. About "equals", I have never met anyone who is not my equal. It really has nothing to do with their physical form or roles they play, there is one life inside everyone and everything. I treat children as my equals, dogs as my equals, trees as my equals... doctors, gurus, presidents, beggars whoever... because they are.

According to Sanjay Rath, Atmakaraka is the planet with the highest Karma. I think this makes the most sense. It does not have to be good for everyone. If your karma is not great, then that causes suffering.

Venus is my atmakaraka in Leo in the purva phalguni nakshatra. I'm also a Libra Sun and Taurus rising. I haven't been in many relationships bc I'm picky but they're very sacred to me. I'm so sensitive about my friendships and relationships but unfortunately it hasn't been reciprocated so I've become more cold and distant over the years. I think Venus is inherently very receptive and feminine so Venusian people tend to reflect the energy that is given to us by others.

My Venus is in Scorpio in 4th house. I want soul relationships that have true intimacy without sex. True love but my d9 Venus is in Capricorn so it’s like a far away star. Waited on Gods blessing for true stable love. Maybe I need to renounce relationships and focus on self or God at least I won’t be disappointed.
