Yep! We got a few "Keepers" here in Lake Conway, but it's a hard bite in the Summer Time (Seems like all the Big'uns get "Lock-Jaw", when the weather gets hot!). Been fishing this lake for about 25 years, and seen some Big Bass come out of here. Glad you came down here for the tournament, and keep coming back. (Caught a few "'Yak Bass" this year over 25"...!).
I cast right handed and measure fish on that side as well, in my pdl anyway. So did it for consistency between boats and to keep it out of harms way casting lol
