The IDF wants to starve everyone there to death because death by natural causes like starvation or drowning is not against international law, if they could nuke gaza lawfully they WOULD. IDF keeps turning these aid trucks around so the food takes forever to make it through and in most cases the food arrives rotten weeks later. IDF strikes as anything could be used as a weapon, the most common example was tents could be used for spears and bottle rockets is what the IDF claims so trucks now are not allowed to carry in tents.
