One of my favorites. Back in those days the 1970s' we enjoyed his music so often. We danced and really felt the French in our souls even though many of us were not French. Lots happened in Quebec at that time.
@@marceldesrosiers4701 I am as Anglo as they come, scottish ancestry with red hair ,and have always lived in the West. I have encountered many French people in my travels as a trucker over the years.Even met some in North Carolina once, and many who come to pick fruit in the Okanagan.I love French people, they were always nice to me.The ones I have met seemed to be passionate, kind ,interesting people, and the women are so beautiful !
You get it ? Come on les boys, allumez un peu. Nous, ça nous a allumées.
Michel pagliaro le bon chanteur québécois qui parle italien comme moi 2020 et nous avons le même âge baby boomer bravo 👍 yeahhhhhhhhhhh 💫💫💫💫💫💫💫⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🌈🌈🌈🌈☀️☀️☀️☀️💥💥💥💥🌸🌼🌻🌺🥀🌞
I recall little of Pagliaro. The only song he had that I knew that was released in Australia (way back in 1971 or thereabouts), was "Lovin You Ain't Easy" and then nothing. Listening to more of his work on TH-cam and he had and has a lot more to offer and I can't see why the Australian record coys and radio stations weren't paying him more attention. Mighty impressive - guitarist has a really different style, but still generates a great sound and it is a real rocking band for 2 guitars, bass and drums.
I've bin with a bunch of teenagers at Pagliaro live album recording at R.C.A recording studio in Montreal back in 1973, we wher about 150 souls next To the stage, I was standing right in front near Pagliaro and I can hear myself whisseling and at the end of most songs shouting "bravo" Yup I was there with a few of my friends" and what a fantastic experience that was to take parts of that evening and remember meeting with Pierre Lalonde (RIP) who happened To stop by at the studio! I like pretty much all of Pags répertoire!!
There's only one Pag. I literally bumped into the Pag at his favourite watering hole once - "Nuit magique" in Old Montreal. He and and I stared at each other for a moment, and that was the end of of our encounter. He was shorter than I am, but I was wearing huge platform heels; everyone wore them back then, except for The Pag and the guy I was with at at the time. The Pag is short, and snarly in his black clothes!
Hahaha...great story :-) Loved it :-) I grew up in Montreal and loved hearing Pag's music on CHOM-FM and CKMF. J'entends frapper was probably the first song I heard from the man. This song brings back great memories of my late teens early 20s. His tunes are great!
Merci Pag.
Je ris chaque fois que je regarde Pag conduire et chanter like there is no tomorrow. Pag looks so cool and he is very good looking. He’s a babe! For sure même s’il va avoir 69 ans le 9 novembre. Long live Pag the B. C. R. Le Best Canadian Rocker! A mari usque ad mare!

what an awesome perfromance. what a groove they are in on this song, awesome lead guitar player, he pushes and pulls in a sweet way, adds the sugar just right. listen to this all the time. i wanna see this live soo bad
Le petit Popi is the first song I heard like 50 years ago. I still can see PAG singing his song, then, he became the great rocker we know today! Great band, Great sound, Great Frontman!
PAG un très grand artiste « Made in Québec ».
In 2000, our French teacher Barbara Vigano used to play this song for us in class. I was 19 and living in Southern California at that time. Very good memories.
One of my favorites. Back in those days the 1970s' we enjoyed his music so often. We danced and really felt the French in our souls even though many of us were not French. Lots happened in Quebec at that time.
It's NOT about Quebec, Ontario not even about Canada!
It's about an artist that made it through the rough times and still came on top!!!

Paroles:
"Trouver, trouver
J'espère toujours retrouver
Quelqu'un, quelqu'un
Qui pourrait m'aider
Tous ceux, tous ceux
Que je croyais mes amis
Ils m'ont, ils m'ont
Tous laissé tomber
J'entends frapper
Enfin ma chance a tourné
Je suis heureux d'apprendre
Que tout n'est pas terminé
Rouler, rouler
Il est temps pourtant de rouler
Personne, personne
Ne peut m'arrêter
Plus loin, plus loin
Toujours l'idée d'aller plus loin
C'est ma, c'est ma
Seule raison d'exister
J'entends frapper
Et tous veulent y entrer
Je suis heureux d'appendre
Que tout n'est pas terminé
J'entends frapper
Mais je n'ai rien oublié
Ce n'est pas seulement la chance
Qui nous fera gagner
Unis, unis
Nous voilà enfin réunis
Nous sommes, nous sommes
Tous en frères et sœurs
La main, la main
Oui, tous la main dans la main
Allons, allons
Tous partager
J'entends frapper
Mais je n'ai rien oublié
Ce n'est pas seulement la chance
Qui me fera gagner"
