This first episode was definitely different to what I expected but not in a bad way. I loved it. I think there's more to every character we'll gradually get to discover with each new episode. I cannot wait.
I actually suprise about Mew character, i though he will be this naive, pushover, overly nice, innocent individual. But he actually, firm to what he believes in, he assertive, know what he want, vocal about what he want, and know what consequences of his actions, so I don't think TOP can make a mistake and hope mew forgive him instantly
This is one meeeessy friend group, and I can't reckon how they even got to be friends, especially with Boston in the mix. I'm curious if he's ever going to come across as a sympathetic character somehow. The contrast with his "front of the classroom" demeanor, when he was pleasantly agreeing to support his friends in the project, makes me think he can just compartmentalize, and act like a real friend when it suits him. I don't trust Mew either. That sweet exterior could be hiding lord knows what. I really like Sand so far. I'm really drawn to that kind of tough but forthright character. Neo on Drake was 😵
So many things to say about this episode, firstly i agree hardcore that the way rays friend group treats him is really shitty, to be fair khaotung did say rays character is an alcholic so its very possible that this is very common behavior for him but i feel like it probably stems from deeper issues we haven't tackled yet and the way his friends talk to him probably doesn't make that any better. Drake and neo was so unexpected when I saw drake i was literally the "ariana what are you doing here" meme. Book and force are already serving chemistry but i dont think mew is as niave as he comes across, i also belive theres no way he doesn't have even an inkling about rays feelings for him, i think he may just be ignoring it in an attempt to preserve their friendship. Neo and mark were an unexpected pair but so far the chemistry is really good and im excited to see more of what they can deliver. Sand being such a nice guy wasn't exactly expected but i love tropes where the "typical bad boy" is actual scretly a sweetheart, firstkhao delivering chemistry as usual with the longing stares and the subtle tension.
All these people are huge red flags and so so toxic, I really don’t care if any of them get together at the end as they are so messy, but to say that Neo & KhaoFirst are serving us everything we want in damaged or broken characters
