Kinds new to her channel and I like her style im big with tounge clicks and she incorporated them alot and just right and when to time them awesome work can't wait to check out the other videos and what not
Definitely recommend addressing the root cause of dry skin which would involve potentially taking things like vitamin a, e, c, d, collagen, omega 3, zinc and selenium. Would also suggest reviewing what kind of shampoo and makeup you’re using and googling the side effects of each of the ingredients one at a time. Unless you’ve put extra effort into finding a low toxicity shampoo and makeup then it’s highly likely it’s bad for your skin despite what their marketing might say. Also would be wise to consider your diet but that’s obvious. Additionally if you’re going to take supplements for any of those things I mentioned I’d be extra careful about what brands you buy. Just like the shampoo, makeup, deodorant products all like to slip in unhealthy ingredients, so too do the vitamins and supplement companies.

Anyways, aside from deleting my comments. It’s funny you posted a video about this today. I literally posted a couple stories worth of comments relating to this exact topic, acne, today on instagram. Never been something I’ve had an issue with but I follow several health related accounts on Twitter and Instagram and was sharing some of what I’ve gathered

Suggestion: hand movments and mouth sounds and telling us to relax in everybody part like fot, leg, knee. And so on to we are relaxed in every body part to fall a Sleep 😊
