Today i am rebuilding my dream inwin d frame 2.0 Custom water cooled PC build with two Asus EKWB RTX 3090 graphics cards, a threadripper 3970x CPU and some extra storage! I love the fact, you used clear coolant and coated the inside of the reservoirs... Very smart! Pastel coolants and stuff are cool but they are costantly issues like residues of color particle blocks the coolant flows trough the waterblocks.
I am not a big fan of black and gold but this build looks fantastic and 2 RTX 3090... Just wow! I wish to see a spytime result with your system 😁😁😁

How can you utilize 2 GPU without SLI. Just interested is there an actual purpose ?
@@Modelo646 some programs such as Blender can use multiple GPUs and CPUs together.
@@freehandz so basically its not for everyday use and only for really specific tasks. So people put them just to flex.

This is one high power build once again, i can only dream of something like this, although it would be an unwarranted cost XD. Its a shame it didnt work fully when it was completed, insane upgrades though, love it!

I was about to mention the case is a bit small (I have a 52 pounds empty ultra tower) when I saw him milling and custom tuning his supercar. Hats off.

I will make my own pc because it saves 12-20k cash because I found pre built pc but they will take month to bult and I wanted import my pc from the us to India but the us customs were over changing me so now I have thinked I will make my own pc it will save my time and money

I really wanna see you do a build with a life sized R2D2 Or a just big enough one to fit a motherboard in the body of him. With a glass or clear plastic panel in the front that you can swing open, I think it'd look awesome. Especially with one of your water cooling loops and the attention to detail you put into everything. Wish I had the money to commission a build like that from you.

I'd strongly recommend looking into a NAS with M.2 caching and teamed 10 GbE. It's what I do at home and I don't have a TH-cam channel.

It’s a work of art that computer, sort of thing I’d build, fantastic work on those distro plates too. Shame the PSU blew up but at least you could still use the black and gold power cables with the Asus PSU.

Sorry to hear that story of a light-fingered FedEx employee and the InWin signature case... hope you were reimbursed seeing as they admitted fault. A gorgeous build as usual and I see you used brass or copper (?) tubing which blends in beautifully. A butt-load of work to do it once but to end up doing it twice shows dedication!
So; you're using the new EK micro 90° rotaries... didn't know they'd released yet. (Upon checking, they're on the EK store but have not hit PC Case Gear at this stage.) Could have done with a couple of them when I built my 12th gen rig last year (ended up using the older style EK 90°'s in a couple of tight places). Those gold ones are pretty expensive!
Yeah i had to use the older EK 90s for the first version of this build, glad they have the low profile ones now

I like watching the custom cut outs by the SHAPEOKO CNC machine, so smooth so precise. :) Probably has a wall of built computer towers just for all the storage of his projects. No finger prints on the ram sticks please....meticulous. xD

What's crazy is a whole cup of water went into my Seasonic 850w Prime Ultra Titanium while plugged into an outlet and this beoutch still runs like a beast🤯 i was poring out water like crazy! not only the psu got the water in it but the whole entire pc got water inside the build and the water was in the pc for maybe about 45min and only dried the pc components for about an hour or so! which isn't very long you should always dry your pc for about 3hours or so and wait about 2days then power back on to make sure all the water has evaporated from the pc components? btw i opened the psu twice and no corrosion neither any rust or damage Done! to any of the pc component's as well the motherboard is a Asus Rog MAXIMUS IX FORMULA z270 with a Nvidia Asus Rog Strix gtx1080 Ti and G.skill Trident Z rgb 32gb of ram 3600mhz for memory i have also Samsung nvme 980 pro 2tb and a 2tb Sabrent rocket nvme ssd the cpu is an Intel i7-7700k of course the fastest chip the board will support but for what it is its a premium build and rip's threw new titles like a beast in 2k which surprises the f out of me sometimes maybe i just got a good board and chip! plus all the water it just ate blows me away just kinda didn't make since to me any other Pc would had been fried!

PSA. I built almost the same exact PC except for a few parts & I thought it would be useful to let you know that the Thor 1200 PSU I had didn’t make it past AIDA Torture testing the 3090’s & 3970X. I realize that you’d almost never peg the PC with a fully maxed out workload. But if you were to ever decide to render large &/or complex environments in either Blender or Unreal…then your 1200W PSU might be in a bit of trouble
Thats interesting because i ran it myself and it was fine and still had head room.
Perhaps there were some issues with your PSU?
@@DesignsByIFR Correct! Most likely I did have a defective PSU. However, while the test was running the meter on the side said 1198W were being used at that moment. Even if the PSU had survived the encounter; running important & taxing workloads long-term on a PSU that could be pushed that close to its max...wouldn't have inspired much trust. Again, I love the way it looks & to each its own. Just figured to give you a heads up on what happened to me on an extremely similar build. Cheers!

I'm more than a little jealous of those components and that bling. But uh dude. If it blew under warranty then you pay nothing for shipping. That is covered by the manufacturer or retailer. Sometimes they make you pay it first but under the Australian Consumer Law if they don't compensate you for shipping of faulty products then they are breaking that law - that includes overseas retailers if they sell to Australian customers.

Running 8cores and 16 threads @ 3.7 I have temps at 35-39c running msfs 2020 in VR g2 with ultra settings and multi player
I get better performance at 4.1 but temps are in high 40c range
