Please talk about the staff the US senators and congress members have at DC and in their districts.

We don't demand accountability because we ourselves don't want to be held accountable. Sometime back, we donated some stationery (pens, pencils, ex. books, etc.) to a few basic sch in some deprived communities. We added tracking sheets for them to record the distribution (recipient profile, what they got, how many, etc.). Long story short, for the pencils, out of approx 400, they made entries for less than 50. The rest were never accounted for, they only have stories! We have to add 'integrity and accountability to our culture....in addition to the food and drumming & dancing culture!

It was about policy discussion or bill passing. That is when you'll see the disagreement and the partisans.

To be clear and honest. The common ghananian does not hold themselves accountable so why should the government. When someone does something wrong, he or she will have others come and beg for their forgiveness. Rather than hold them accountable and tell them what they did is wrong, they will help them beg. Psychologically conveys to the wrong doer that what they did is okay. That is my experience in Ghana.

We also have a culture and USA does not have a culture. Our culture has been sewn in with the government. USA has had 300 years of government and Ghana with only 60

That’s irrelevant, it doesn’t mean some people have practiced something for decades and therefore we can’t used years to learn from them, having we have seen how they practice and also read and understand their practice; we can do it. It’s unfortunate that people (our) turn to benefit themselves than country.

USA does not have a culture? Do you understand what culture is? I don't think you do
