Episode 11: Why South Lefroy is the Ultimate Camping Spot!

In this episode we leave Coral Bay behind and start making our way up the inland track to Exmouth.
First stop South Lefroy to see what all the hype was about, and BOY did it live up to the hype! As you may have guessed, we did not stay at our booked site during this period, as we were still fighting off extreme winds/weather. With permission from the caretaker, we camped off a track slightly south of the campsite between the dunes. As you can see we had this spot completely to ourselves for two nights and just left during the day to head to the main beach or meet up with friends. A MUST stay if you and your setup is able to make it there, make sure you have enough food/fuel/water and a portable toilet to last for as long as you can.
Our next few locations were only short stays, as we booked this part of the trip in Esperance only a few months earlier (throwback to Episode 1) and this was all that was available at the time. We headed to windy Winderabandi next and then onto One K.
We caught up with some friends along the way, Lou & Brandon make another appearance (you will see more of them in the coming episodes) and once again with the Golden Lap (www.instagram....)

You took the south track in from coral bay? Im taking a 19ft van up from Bruboodjoo besides corrigation was the road ok?
