Another battery saver, in Performance profile, turn on lite.
Only change it to stanard if you are going to play heavy games for an extended use.
Make sure to turn on adaptive battery!
Performance profile doesn't take effect when playing games anyway he doesn't need to set it back to standard when playing games

@@Avner-sj2ky yes it’s cheap down there! All of South America is the same! Machu pichu is tough to breathe the elevation is crazy. I try to go when I can to see my family there. They are in the capital city of Lima. If you like food you’ll find plenty of it there. Glad you enjoyed your trip to Peru.

Battery life is awesome for the first week of learning, my flip 5 loses 5% of battery doing nothing in the morning :(
Lemme tell ya that even iPhones do that over night so it ain’t just androids.
@@robmalcolm8042 lmao they don't. used to own a samsung shitphone (note 10+) and it would sometimes drain 15 to 20% overnight. with my iphone, most of the times it doesn't drain anything and if it does then it's like 2-3% MAX.

@@Blackbeard914that is bcoz Note 10 is an old model and Samsung has not achieved the improvements in battery life - not until the S23 series. Battery drain on S22 series and lower is noticeable but not on the S23 and S24 series. Not sure with the Flip and Fold series though.

how much screen on time did you get?
Put AOD on Auto, when it is face down or in your pocket it will turn off.
Go to settings, type in AOD in search box. Tap on ALWAYS On, ALWAYS on, when to show, Auto!

My battery went from 22 hrs on full charge yesterday to 1 day and 11 hrs today. Thats a huge difference

I'm getting around 5.5hrs screen on time with AOD "Off" because there's no Brightness Setting & makes it useless in the dark but, it's getting better.
Enough to last me until I go to bed & slap it on a charger. 👍

I have an iPhone 12 and am considering an upgrade. Should I get the S24 or the iPhone 15? I have an iPad and an Apple Watch. I don't mind losing AirDrop because the iPad can still be operated with Type-C port devices, but my Apple Watch will undoubtedly be wasted, despite the fact that it is still functional. Please let me know whether I should update to the iPhone 15 or the S24.
I say if you use your Apple watch a lot, that's going to be the biggest hit. Also if use CarPlay, Android Auto is not even in the same ballpark. If those two things aren't that big in your day-to-day life, try out the s24

I noticed that the display looked very vibrant. Everyone else is claiming that the S-24U's display is washed out.
It does have a vibrancy issue but that will be addressed with the launch day update.

Kept the S23 Ultra, for me, changes and improvements aren't good enough. Currently, rockin' the OnePlus 12, may not switch back to my S23 Ultra for a while .
Front camera is defaulting to how Apple does... it's reversing everything, ie Brooks was backwards when trying on the sneakers. Mad annoying... I don't want to look like im in the passenger seat or that my watch is on my right wrist, or words backwards, etc. Can be changed in settings.

Apple Watch and no one else. Android Watches are okay and do the basics but Apple Watch is league of its own in the ecosystem.

Anyone experience blurry front face camera when taking pics using messenger? I compared it with S23 ultra vs S24 ultra and S24 ultra's picture is bad blurry after it processes the picture. Or this is just messenger thing that it hasnt yet optimized for messenger? I tried using IG for both phones and they were fine though. Want to check if anyone experience the same thing. Thanks!

I have a 15 Pro Max. I really want to buy an unlocked S24 Ultra, I’m just having a hard time with it because of how bullheaded Apple is to transferring over to android. I really like this phone a lot. This phone looks nearly flawless for an android and I have tried lots in the past including the fold which lasted literally a day😂
I used Samsung Smartswitch to transfer my data from my iPhone 15 pro max to my S24 ultra. Everything I wanted transferred over. If you pull the trigger and pick up a S24 ultra, make sure your iphone is on 100% battery when you start the the data transfer so it doesn't die midway.

For my S23 ultra with 5G, Netflix takes like no battery.
S23 series is quite possibly the greatest Samsung phones ever made. Very optimized and good battery. I think the s24 needs updates tho but most have said good battery

Turn off 5g. 5g is worth nothing. 4g+ is good, and consumes less battery power. Also turn on light mode.

i charged my 14 pro max yesterday and was fully charged 7:24am its 3 pm now the next day and i am at 65% with minim usage one thing i give apple credit is when phone is idle it doesn't loose much battery.
I can do that too on my S24U, unplug Sat at 3pm, Sunday Monday are days off, don't use my phone that much. Will last until Tuesday!
Same with my iphone 15 vanilla. But one thing I noticed is that the S24 Ultra does not drain that much compared to previous S series when the phone is idle/not in use. I have both phones so I can tell.

The battery drains like mad. I've had my s24 ultra for 2 weeks now and it still drains way too fast. Samsung need to push out an update to fix this asap

Why is no one of these youtubers pointing out how irritating it is to look on the screen of s24 ultra? Its like a silvery/gilded layers of invisible filter on it. As soon as you turn brightness down in a dark room, tilt the phone...you see it lile a halo effect. You can even see it in this video...as he handles the phone and tilt it slightest...look how it looks. Very disturbing. No i dont talk about the color issue, since it can be fixed. This is a hardware faulty every s24 has. You guys try conpare it side by side to a s23/s22...or older oles panel phones like some xperia or pixel. S24 looks like an IPS from 2011.

Theres already battery tests using 60hz compared to 120 and the resolution differences and the battery got in margin of error on all the different tests. So put that shit on 1440p 120hz and enjoy it because the battery life difference is non existence so might as well enjoy what you paid for. ( Also its literally the best battery on the market, if you dont like it, you wont find better)

@@lol4224 the panel is an Ltpo, it goes from 120-1. Where as 60hz is always 60. Which means if set to 120hz, the display half the time will be running at 1 or 30hz depending what’s happening on the display. Which makes up a lot in battery which equals out to the same usage as 60hz
@@anonym5510 if u are scrolling a lot it will drain the battery coz of staying at 120. And no, the 60hz mode not locked on 60, u can check with the dev options. its goes down to 1, 24, 48 in my s24u

Ol reliable an s24U? What does this guy use as his main phone? Lol never had crazy complaints since my s2 or to call ol reliable as if its my second phone to go to. Apple is great too never had any crazy problems with my mac book pros oldest is about 10 years whenever the 2014/15 had released. Other good phone is obviously iphone 15pro max and a couple other "flagship phone"s that you could say conpete with this one.
