You have to remember the guys are busy working on their own stuff...so Benny being ARMY and showing BTS in the posters and video clips was a way to have them IN the video, if they are in every colab video then it would take away from what they are trying to complete. The song is a great RADIO vibe and I hope people will request it and it will get airtime...I can see this song winning an award for BEST COLAB!!! I agree the guys are busy too, and it would have been more work for them to come all the way to the US to film, or for Benny and Snoop to come to Korea for filming
Yeah some people don't realize that one, they're probably busy, two, they're not always in a video just because they're in a song, and three, it would have defeated the purpose and context for them to be in this. Besides like you said, obviously there was still a strong presence of bts in the video without them actually needing to be in it which was a great way to do it. And it made the music vid that much more entertaining and fun to watch as army😁
I like the song a lot. And the video concept is super cute and fun. I love the boys but it doesn't really bother me that they aren't in the video. It's not the first time they've been on a song and not in the video. Even on their own channel there are a couple of videos that they aren't in. I think Benny found a nice way to incorporate them into the video visually without having them there.
Fun fact: Benny wore Jimin's outfit in Dynamite to the concert (yes that fit in the huge display case). Benny tweeted about it too. He said that "there is only one Jimin but he tried his best" with a screenshot of him in the outfit 😁.

Song is a hit!! Benny really represented all of us (except who only shows up 4 hours early for BTS. We’re more like 10-24 hours early 😂) I did miss seeing the boys in the video too! But it’s a great song and I loved your reaction.
I have to admit I was laughing so hard to Benny I didn't really miss the guys. (Although I'm not sure I was expecting them.) Not sure the storyline in the song and the video entirely match up, but I love them both. But would love the song even more if it was a bit longer. less than 3 minutes is getting to short. I know songs are all getting shorter but just when you really get into the vibe they end.
I agree. These songs are becoming too short. I think it’s cause attention spans are getting shorter. Just like I as a TH-camr analyze how long viewers watch our videos these artists and record labels are doing the same thing for the songs they produce from a streaming stand point. And they are doing what it takes to continue to be successful.
@@myouniverse0613 Sort of - but I don't think getting hyped before attending a BTS concert is a bad decision even if you show up a day early and abandon your car in the process. Also while some of the lyrics can apply to ARMY's love for BTS, they don't all resonate that way for me. But separately I enjoy both the song and the video. And sometimes they don't have to match perfectly.

The clothes that Benny wears in the end is almost the exact same thing Jimin wears in the dynamite music video....and to me I think the reason we dont see BTS in the video is that I think this song is from an army point of view....so its showing what armies are like when getting ready to go see BTS in concert and showing everyone how strong our love for BTS is....i mean lets face it most of us have a space or room that looks similar to the room at the beginning of this song lol

It’s a cruisy, chill bop for this time of the year, ☀️ and it reminds me that Snoop gave similar vibes for Katy Perry’s California Gurls. It does make me wonder if there’ll be a part 2… Benny is left waiting at the gates for a show that hasn’t started, and none of the rap line appear in this upbeat track. It’d be nice if there was a follow up song in the future (when they find the time), to complete the story. 👍

I am so glad this is a happy upbeat song full of innuendos! The MV is hilarious and is a great foil for the song. Honestly - (and don’t kill me but -) I didn’t really miss the guys in the MV cause it’s different - it highlights Benny as ARMY excitedly getting ready for the concert - we’ve never had that before, and it’s all them and Snoop in the song! There are so many Easter Eggs 🐣 in the MV if you watch carefully and look hard 😉! The vocal line is on point (Jimin’s voice is distinct and awesome as usual) - along with iconic Snoop 😉 of course! I agree, I would have liked to see them, I thought it would be like Coldplay where they would film in their respective locations and merge together for a MV - BUT like Blaze says at the end, we know everyone is very busy. We can know that, still love the song and be disappointed at the same time - it's totally ok. I also agree that this is a different vibe from Benny and I dig it! I think the sounds blend well, I even think Snoop may have adjusted his flow a bit to create that blend - but that's what a good producer like Benny does takes all the elements and creates a masterpiece - Dare I say the mv distracted me a little from the song, but I still loved it, laughed and smiled because same Benny. I really wish I had the boys in the video too. But if they had been there it wouldn't have stuck with the theme of the MV at all. For me showing them through TV broadcasts, posters and a collage made them ubiquitous and it was ultimately the best way to go.

I thought from the promo we wouldn't be getting the boys in this video. One of the reasons I think this might have been is because there would have been only four of them as opposed to seven; we know they like to present all seven visually. Regardless, the BTS vibe is SO STRONG throughout, and it's a fully shoutout to ARMY. That to me is incredibly meaningful because the song revolves around them even when their presence isn't there.
Personally, I think you're right. When they're billed as BTS on a collab, but only some members participate, they don't typically appear as a partial group. I agree with the rest of your comment as well - nicely said. 💜
I really like this song and finally the lines are well distributed for all the members !!! (after the affront that was made to Jimin with the new songs from the last album and "my universe", where Jimin only had a few seconds, yet his voice is so beautiful). They all sing very well. I was just so thankful to hear them as a group so soon after the solo projects announcement! I am looking forward to all the different things they're doing, but hearing them together is uplifting in a way that feels spiritual. And the theme reminds me that Army will always have that bond with each other...this is such a fun video..I'm imagining a different ending where he waits, BTS shows up for a practice session, & he gets his front row seat at a private concert!
For once I actually disagree with y'all. I don't think Snoop did well in this song. Compared to what we know he's capable of I think this was a lazy performance by him and vocal line saved the song. However, I absolutely loved the mv, it’s freakin hilarious! 😂
I don't think it was Snoop's fault. Or even BTS's. It is the song. Lyrics and music are kind of average. Honestly I thought it would be better song. I mean they have the best 4 singers and a legend rapper! It is not even that they are not on the video. This is not a song that would do justice to any of those very talented people.
@@Arampe Agree, it's just another generic radio friendly pop song, which I think was written by Mike Posner and sounds like Sugar from Maroon 5, but feels like this could have been sung by the Jonas Brothers. Yes, the vocal line sounds good, their English pronunciation is great, however I do miss their songs being predominantly sung in Korean. There is just no WOW factor, it's an average easily forgettable song. As for the music video, I assume it's meant to be funny. However I feel it feeds into a negative narrative of what people outside the fandom or casual listeners imagine ALL Army are like. Which isn't true. Yip that's my 2 cents, please don't come at me if you don't agree, we can agree to disagree. At the end of the day I'm just another random person on the internet, with an opinion and a love for BTS.
100% agree. Felt like Snoop didn't take this collab seriously. I don't think he has a clue about how much ARMY appreciates talented rap. Feels extremely washed for sugar pop radio listeners. The song is still a bop though.
I actually agree. For me personally his part wasn't really bad. But for Snoop standards and what we know he's able to do, it didn't feel like Snoop at all. I personally felt like the beat didn't suit him or anything, I didn't really like all his lines. I can't really describe it but I just expected more of him? I dunno 😳

I didn't notice B wearing Jimins earrings but he was wearing his Dynamite fit.

I am so glad this is a happy upbeat song full of innuendos! The MV is hilarious and is a great foil for the song. Honestly - (and don’t kill me but -) I didn’t really miss the guys in the MV cause it’s different - it highlights Benny as ARMY excitedly getting ready for the concert - we’ve never had that before, and it’s all them and Snoop in the song! There are so many Easter Eggs 🐣 in the MV if you watch carefully and look hard 😉! The vocal line is on point (Jimin’s voice is distinct and awesome as usual) - along with iconic Snoop 😉 of course! I’ve listened to it umpteenth times already . Definitely on my summer playlist. Newest Summer Banger🎶 💜

I agree, I would have liked to see them, I thought it would be like Coldplay where they would film in their respective locations and merge together for a MV - BUT like Blaze says at the end, we know everyone is very busy. We can know that, still love the song and be disappointed at the same time - it's totally ok. I also agree that this is a different vibe from Benny and I dig it! I think the sounds blend well, I even think Snoop may have adjusted his flow a bit to create that blend - but that's what a good producer like Benny does takes all the elements and creates a masterpiece - Dare I say the mv distracted me a little from the song, but I still loved it, laughed and smiled because same Benny. For me showing them through TV broadcasts, posters and a collage made them ubiquitous and it was ultimately the best way to go.

I thought from the promo we wouldn't be getting the boys in this video. One of the reasons I think this might have been is because there would have been only four of them as opposed to seven; we know they like to present all seven visually. Regardless, the BTS vibe is SO STRONG throughout, and it's a fully shoutout to ARMY. That to me is incredibly meaningful because the song revolves around them even when their presence isn't there.
Personally, I think you're right. When they're billed as BTS on a collab, but only some members participate, they don't typically appear as a partial group. I agree with the rest of your comment as well - nicely said. 💜
I really like this song and finally the lines are well distributed for all the members !!! (after the affront that was made to Jimin with the new songs from the last album and "my universe", where Jimin only had a few seconds, yet his voice is so beautiful). They all sing very well. But, whatever happens, my ears and my heart are always rocked and amazed by the extraordinary and unique voice of JIMIN. We recognize it among all! 🌸

I was just so thankful to hear them as a group so soon after the solo projects announcement! I am looking forward to all the different things they're doing, but hearing them together is uplifting in a way that feels spiritual. And the theme reminds me that Army will always have that bond with each other...this is such a fun video..I'm imagining a different ending where he waits, BTS shows up for a practice session, & he gets his front row seat at a private concert!
For once I actually disagree with y'all. I don't think Snoop did well in this song. Compared to what we know he's capable of I think this was a lazy performance by him and vocal line saved the song. However, I absolutely loved the mv, it’s freakin hilarious! 😂

I don't think it was Snoop's fault. Or even BTS's. It is the song. Lyrics and music are kind of average. Honestly I thought it would be better song. I mean they have the best 4 singers and a legend rapper! It is not even that they are not on the video. This is not a song that would do justice to any of those very talented people.
@@Arampe Agree, it's just another generic radio friendly pop song, which I think was written by Mike Posner and sounds like Sugar from Maroon 5, but feels like this could have been sung by the Jonas Brothers.
Yes, the vocal line sounds good, their English pronunciation is great, however I do miss their songs being predominantly sung in Korean. There is just no WOW factor, it's an average easily forgettable song.
As for the music video, I assume it's meant to be funny. However I feel it feeds into a negative narrative of what people outside the fandom or casual listeners imagine ALL Army are like. Which isn't true.

100% agree. Felt like Snoop didn't take this collab seriously. I don't think he has a clue about how much ARMY appreciates talented rap. Feels extremely washed for sugar pop radio listeners. The song is still a bop though.
I actually agree. For me personally his part wasn't really bad. But for Snoop standards and what we know he's able to do, it didn't feel like Snoop at all. I personally felt like the beat didn't suit him or anything, I didn't really like all his lines. I can't really describe it but I just expected more of him? I dunno 😳

LOVE the song and the video told an awesome story. I got all the wonderfulness I expected out of both. I knew BTS wouldn’t be in the video because they stay booked and busy (even during breaks) I’m just so glad I got to hear BTS, Snoop and Bennie. All these artists came together beautifully. I like it. Such a smooth beat and it's just fun. It is always great to actually see the guys interact with those they collab with, but I definitely understand that sometimes the schedules just don't allow for it and I appreciate any of the time that is given to any project.
