Totally missed my own Premiere for this track, sorry about that. One of my cats has been very unwell the last few days, so I've been a bit distracted lately. Hope you enjoyed the track.
Music was awesome as usual! Hope your cat feels better soon. Just wanted to let you know that your music is a welcomed distraction from the craziness of the world around us. Thank you so much Pat!
Great track! Also, the "After a break from eurorack, I always find it a bit difficult to back into it" makes me feel better, lol. "Now how the hell was I doing this again???" ;-)
I've really missed the Eurorack sessions that you used to do when I first found your channel 5 years ago so this is a real treat ! I love all of the rest of your music too lol. Thanks State.
Thanks, Ray. When I was doing a eurorack track per week, every week back then it was very easy and fun, due to the sheer amount of time and practice going into it AND before my eyesight turned to complete shit. Unfortunately, now the eurorack is a now-and-again thing, so even with the smaller system it's a bit of a struggle to come up with stuff on par with what I was doing before. Hopefully I can devote a little more time to it, but it's still a bit frustrating now compared to using full keyboard synths and the DAW. Old age sucks!
@@stateazure Thanks for your reply State, I love your keyboard, synth and DAW sessions although I've spent quite a bit on plugins because of you lol. Old age certainly does suck !
Oh boy! That looks so beautiful, like the lights dancing in the fog, and the music is heavenly. It's like a perfect blend of visuals and ambient music. You're creating some magical content! Keep up the fantastic work Pat! 😊
Oh my God an absolutely keeper! This is 1 of my favorites from you! I always love your stuff though. Interestingly, I just wrote one of my BEST personal letters/ magical appraisal that I ever have whilst listening to this piece. 😉
Your eurorack music is so inspiring. Seriously. I got super depressed seeing all of the AI synthwave content being generated (I make synthwave music, among other genres). I mean, I find AI-generated electronic music interesting and I do appreciate the software engineering used to make apps that can do it... but the flood of AI synthwave on TH-cam made me ask why I would, as an indie musician, even bother to make any electronic music anymore. Your music helped remind me that we do it because it's a joy to do it, and that's what makes it worth hearing. So, thanks for the reminder and the hope.
I think there's a always going to be many more people who want to listen to music made by humans, that goes for a lot of other things where people in general just prefer and appreciate hand-crafted products etc. Unfortunately AI music is going to flood TH-cam more and more as people see easy/fast ways to make money with bare minimal effort, and many of those people will try and hide the fact that they used AI to create it. I use some generative techniques sometimes in my music, but no AI.
State Azure notifies, so we switch from listening to the usual muse Solar Flux Parts 1 & 2 to something new. And something too terribly short. Just lovely. Good to hear new things. [Also, everyone, opinion: the Solar Flux P1 & P2 FLAC from State Azure's Bandcamp are worth every penny. Been in heavy rotation, daily since. Thanks SA]
Man just found your channel , you have a fantastic studio congratulations , great music superb sound quality all the best , subscribed all notifications for sure , I have a Roland FA 06 and I was looking for 'in the air tonight " to know how to make it and found yours
this music sounded just before the big bang which was a singularity as size was Zero, matter infinite, temp very very high.... before time and space...marvellous....
thank you for inspiring me.. im in a wrting stump.. usually. I try to stay away from other artists so don't taint my own flow.. sometimes though I go back to the watering hole of people whose I like and admire to recharge my batteries. Sorry for typos. to tired to proof read tonight. lol
Thanks so much! I know what you mean, I do exactly the same and try and avoid listening to other artists too much, especially if I'm working on a new album or something and don't want external influences to direct my music. It's already difficult enough to try and be unique these days unless you're doing full on experimental stuff!
hehe, you know, I think it was the very first time for me, but my mind was kind of elsewhere. At least I can still read the live chat after!@@InvertedPopesMusic
beautiful track, but what is really standing out is an all black panels case, that's some dedication man. BTW, how is the new Hermod? worth the upgrade?
I always liked the original for being a bit of a swiss army knife, it can do so many things, but the one thing that annoyed me was sequencing with that tiny screen. It's a bit improved with this version and so far I'm liking it a lot more. Also the sequence randomisation is really fun and powerful. I think for the small footprint it takes up and all the many things it can do, which would require a lot more HP space in individual modules, it'll probably stick around for a long time yet, especially since I got rid of my other main sequencer (Vector). Especially for MIDI out to my Disting EX's it's been amazing so far, and much quicker/easier to get mono sequences going, or polyphonic stuff..which on the Oxi One can be a bit of a pain.
Patrick AMAZING SOUND ; THERE ARE TWO AMBIENT ARTISTS THAT I ADMIDER AND PREFER: THAT IS YOU AND MY FRIEND COLBY SIXX (DREAMSTATE LOGIC): YOU ARE BOTH MY SUPERSTARS: IN LOVE JOSÉ🤜❤🤛

I hope your buddy is feeling better. Loved the track!
Cats are definitely more important than silly internet things 👍🏻
The Commander of the Spaceship is the Priority. Thanks for the great track, and hope the Little one gets well soon, from me and Mr.Meowgi.
the atmospheric sound, together with that technology shown, is so relaxing
Looks like I woke up at the right time to hear some awesome new music.
Me too
Tired or not, your modular ambient works are still some of my favorite things. Thank you.
A key component to this music and it's creation is the ambient lighting, and the environment it fosters, imo
Hope your cat companion returns to good health, soon. Track has great progression and it's hard to not get lost in it. Great stuff. :)

Hah. It will be even more difficult next time! I've had my eurorack packed away for a bit too long!
So Awesome. Truly a sweet ride to somewhere better!
Thank you always for sharing these masterpieces!!!
Thank you :)

Kinda jammy!

Hey SA, so there I was so engrossed that I forgot to say hi in the chat. Belated Hi and again all I can say is amazing.
Well I completely forgot about my own premiere, so I appreciate that you said hi here! Hi! 😂

Do you do licensing for film? thx.
Not specifically no. It depends what you need.
make sure you update your Arbhar to v2.0. lots of cool new features.
I'm doing that today :) thanks!
Didn't know that you'd picked up a Hermod+. How do you like it? I thought you were ultimately disappointed in the original version.
I always liked the original for being a bit of a swiss army knife, it can do so many things, but the one thing that annoyed me was sequencing with that tiny screen. It's a bit improved with this version and so far I'm liking it a lot more. Also the sequence randomisation is really fun and powerful. @@stateazure I’d bought a used Hermod just for midi/cv conversion. I figure I’ll get around sometime to exploring the free bonus sequencer.
Yeah it's great for that! Another great use is for CV recording/playback, which I haven't tried yet on the Hermod+ but intend to@@fried_bandit
