In this video I unbox and look at the Ray Ban New Wayfarer RB2132 sunglasses. I am surprised by the poor quality control (a metal part came lose) and I will definitely return this particular version to the department store where I purchased it. Other than that I think the frame and lenses are very comfortable. Overall, this is a very stylish, timeless and affordable pair of sunglasses. However, I am not convinced of its quality.

Authentic Ray Bans will never have a plastic bag around them from the box.... as well as the sticker on the lense is almost always 100% straight

@@Waveform. I bought a pair of 4177s from the US web site and the gray box was beat up and the sticker on the lens was off. People from India say their website does send them on a bag like that.

I don't think these are fake, they have the same markings as mine, and the etching on the glass. I just think they somehow slipped through QC.

A lot of folks here say your Ray Ban is fake even though they are from an authorised dealer LOL. They seem to have been damaged in transit.

Hi Robo, I think you are right. I ordered these glasses at an authorized dealer (De Bijenkorf) and the glasses came in through the mail. Probably it got beaten up a bit from the warehouse to my home. I think this authorized would never sell fakes.
