Targovishte is in north central Bulgaria, on the road between Veliko Turnovo and Varna and just south of Razgrad. It is situated in rolling countryside and has a very pleasant town centre with lots of shops and places to stop for a drink.

Yes, I have. Bulgarian towns are more beautiful than Romanian towns. I have been also in Romanian capital town and I have to say that it is ugly and dirty town. Bulgaria is lovely country and towns are beautiful.
