Love the baseboards, love the thick walls. Would like you to also cover energy efficiency of the homes (insulation, HVAC SEER, solar/EV charging, etc). Didnt care for the swing out doors on closets in the bedrooms- seems like they would get in the way.
I really like this house. Yes minimalistic, but very nice. Love the drive-through garage!! What a great idea!! One thing I love are the horses in the field out back...I would be over there a lot petting them. One thing I do hate....why oh why do they put staircases right when you walk in the front door??
it's common in scandinavia, because of the cold, Seperate the enterance from the livingrooms, And stairs aren't so nice that you want them near you all the time.
This home is very interesting!! Timothy?? You have a way of finding the most intriguing homes across this country!! They are all differently made and the styles are completely versatile!! Real Spacious And Very Unique!! I Don't Know How You Do It, But You Have Such Taste And Flair About Your Choices Of Houses!! Thank You!!❤😊
The biggest problem with many of these incredible homes is how do you choose? Then if you can get that out of the way then you have to add the decor! And choose colors and furnishings! A lot of time and a lot of work! Planing ahead and just do it or you would go crazy!
Interesting home. I love the way they designed the handrails for the staircase. One thing I did notice is the headboards blocking the windows in the two downstairs apartment bedrooms. Not a good idea for egress reasons.
I many times fold My laundry on top of the dryer in the laundry room and the other spot sometimes is on the bed because I can easily stand straight up at the bed and fold the laundry since the bed is High off the ground.
Loved the opportunity to view this home. And like another commented, i love that it was black and white throught. They incorporated other colors in a tone that resembles black and it seems like they used an off white type tone. One suggestion, is it possible for whoever does your video editing to slow down the parts where you pan and turn kind of fast? Also, That way you could record the video as you please for it to be edited to a final viewing version.
This is a amazing home i live the appartement with the home this home is enourmes Love the kitchen snd i lkve thevkitchen in the appartement Love the outside God bkess Best regards anja
This is a very nice layout. There are only two true design issues for me, a few other things are more a choice. The two design mistakes I see are no Guest Coat Closet and in a house at the price point there should be an Elevator. How to fix the closet issue...make the Office a Guest Greeting Room. Swap the positions of the closet there with the doorway. This would make the doorway to the Guest Greeting Room right by the stairs. Fewer steps for incoming guests to go to hang up their wears. The Elevator, you'd have to add a shaft maybe closer to the Mud Room area. Now choice things. In the Living Room above the Fireplace have a large piece of artwork. I have seen a couple better ways to do this...raise the artwork up to uncover a large flat screen TV or the artwork can be pivoted up at the top to uncover the TV. The first one I saw looked like a better way to do it. Google ways to do it. The second choice thing, I don't like that plant in the wall system. I'd have it deleted or have storage put along the Basement wall where it was. Lastly go with AIO Washer/Dryer units. That would double the laundry capacity. One last thing came to mind, an outdoor cooking area by the Butler Pantry.
Feels like Ikea built this house. The basement garden windows exposes both sides to each other, no privacy. Nice home, but the build is not worth $2 mil.
I would've had just a walk in shower in the apartment section instead of the tub/shower combo. The large entertaining downstairs space with the bedroom off it set up with 4 bunk beds is indicative of having kids so a tub/shower combo would have made more since there.
I'm not a fan of the Scandinavian look but I do like that the bedrooms are all on one side of the house. I wish more houses were not split. Thank you for sharing. I'm keeping your channel in mind when I win the lottery and build a house! ;-)
Stunning home. I fold/hang everything right out of the dryer. Keeps the wrinkles out. LOVE: the flow of the DR, kitchen, living, outdoor. I like the island is all cabinets with no break for a dishwasher, etc. Love the net and ladder and loft in first BR! The double doors in the lower level is great for an enclosed area. Beautiful LL kitchen! However, I think 3 BR up and 1 on LL would function better, but depends on your needs. NOT SO MUCH: No guest coat closet in the entryway. I don’t like the microwave being in the butler’s pantry. Not convenient. So much emphasis on a big butler’s pantry. But, for most everyday uses, it’s not ideal. I’d rather have a real pantry and a bigger master closet!
There is one major thing that needs to be changed in this house. There isn't a dedicated path to the ADU's private entrance. In fact, there is grass, gravel, and a tree where one would walk to the stairs leading to the basement.
Great multi generational / home w/ rental property. Possibly not enough parking. I'd probably turn the basement 4 bunk room into a home gym and build a sauna maybe underneath the stairs. Any 2 level over $1M should have an elevator. Any 3 level or greater, regardless of price should have an elevator.
I absolutely really love the layout of this place and the exterior of it all. I wouldn't change anything about this place one bit. I really love that room with the rock climbing and net. I probably put a daybed or something like it up there in the loft area. My favorite part is the master bathroom with the master closet. I really love the built-ins throughout the place. Thanks, Timothy, for another great home.❤❤❤❤❤
This house makes SO much sense. It covers everything you need and then some. It is not crowded. Very creative! Love it! I love Scandinavian style like IKEA furniture etc. I love the built ins in the closets. It's move in ready and no need for dressers.
I just have to say that it drives me crazy that you don’t wear the shoe covers provided. I think it’s extremely rude. I don’t think the builders intend for you to not follow the request. No doubt it’s intended for everyone.
I believe it's a model home, so the builder probably doesn't mind. If it were someone else's house, I'm sure he would take off his shoes, unless the owner doesn't remove their shoes either. As a Korean living in the US, it still surprises me how many Americans still wear shoes inside the house. It's been found to be unsanitary and disrespectful, but I guess many people don't mind.
@@Mijah1016I’m used to New York where it’s almost 50/50 if you remove shoes. Even for model homes and apartments that are still owned by a developer, if they want you to remove/ cover shoes, it’s rude not to.
I hate the floor plan style. When it's prefurnished and fails to show dimensions it is very deceptive. Things like tables, beds, and sofas can all vary so that it's hard to perceive actual sizes. You may have something too small, big or awkward for your furniture/vision. Prefers the measurements on the screen. It's concrete and truth-telling.

It’s a cool house. The garage is very innovative

Yes to the pull out shoe rack 👏
Love it! Beautiful home. Best basement layout.
This is a beautiful home for a massive family
I fold clothes right out of the dryer in the laundry room

Appreciate that the designer went with that green which is a nice change of pace from the usual white-black theme in many other homes.
Great design!
I love this house! Liked your tour, thanks!
This house is beautiful 🎊🙌😁
Interesting home. I love the way they designed the handrails for the staircase. One thing I did notice is the headboards blocking the windows in the two downstairs apartment bedrooms. Not a good idea for egress reasons.
I'd want something easily removable for privacy and exit

I can tell that pass through in the garage was for a B or C Class RV I saw the plugins and the different height of the garage door

Wonder what is behind the closed door that's covered by the utility room's door.

I notic3d the drivethru garageis a taller door. Is this fir RV cam l rs? Like an airstream?
Absolutely Beautiful Home 🥰🥰
nice home👍
What was it that was Scandinavian inspired?
I’m going to assume he’s referring to the two large triangular shaped windows in the front of the house which is like the chalet homes🤷
LOVE❤
LOVE the layout of this house!! Very inspirational! Also, are you using any special lens or gimbal to keep your handheld camera relatively steady?
🐺The whole thing. I resonated with everything you said in this reading.
I felt like it was specifically for me, lol
I LOVE THIS VIEW!!! 1:10 💓💓👍👍

This homes checks all the boxes and more! What's the address?

for the expense some of the rooms seem too cramped just to add extra luxury rooms that are duplicates. but over all decent design
Timothy that was an amazing home< absolutely gorgeous!! & i quote you frfr.. lol
9:19 if I was a feel with that room, I’d have a custom, tall bunk for the bed, so I’d have more floor space.
I love all of the closets. Nicely done! ✅
Stunning home. I fold/hang everything right out of the dryer. Keeps the wrinkles out.

What a beautiful home and a fantastic layout. Thank you Timothy for your hard work. 😊
this is the best one yet , would have loved to have seen more of the kitchen in the basement, you kinda didnt show much of it at all.
The mirrors in the master bathroom could be a lot bigger… Otherwise, I like the layout.
Where is this home?
I absolutely really love the layout of this place and the exterior of it all. I wouldn't change anything about this place one bit. I really love that room with the rock climbing and net. How do you get to that little garden area on the lower level?
Not bad
Camera work on this one too close, pointed down and not giving a good overview shot to see more of the thing you are videoing. Mostly in the kitchen
-Giant arrow pointing left-
We’ll go right…😂. (I get why. It just made me chuckle.)
Stunning.
Is this Stradman's neighbourhood 😅
awesome basement, it's like a surprise within a surprise!
$400 a square foot is ridiculous, even for a “luxury home” and in Iowa? How in gods green earth does that placement justify the price?
It’s in Utah, here in iowa there’s no mountains 🥲
remote work
The guys that build the home have to be paid. Shrug.
Nice
for 2 mil every bedroom should have a full bath. No sink in the rec room? Not much of a pantry
This house makes SO much sense. It covers everything you need and then some. It is not crowded. Very creative! Love it! I love Scandinavian style like IKEA furniture etc. I love the built ins in the closets. It's move in ready and no need for dressers.
Looks functional, but zero character
Thanks for sharing this home! It was very well thought out. It feels more like two different homes, just one on top of the other.
I like the drive-thru garage stall.
That net thing was giving me anxiety….no thanks! Otherwise, nice house 🏡. The basement apartment rocks.
10:30 - Awesome Netting in Bedroom //
Right out of the dryer laundry room folder here 😊
Not caring for this type of home. The only thing I liked was the downstairs kitcen and movie theater

@cathycenci7496 I see why this might bother you, but you need to take a chill pill if we’re being honest
I was offended as well

When you’re ginger you’re “special”.
dream home!
So why not talk about heating and cooling systems etc???
Maids fold clothes in the Laundry Room.
That house is absolutely gorgeous. I just need the space of the apartment in the basement 😂

Yea I don’t get it.
Massively long hallways; this is not a plus. Very poorly designed.
Finishes inside look nice though.
Definitely not worth $2 million $500k at most
nice but dont like that not every room has a bathroom with it and so many wasted space
The house is beautiful… but just because you put some black door nots doesnt make it Scandinavian… like this is the most 🇺🇸 house you can think of….
Soon as you said $2M I stopped watching. Thanks for the video thiugh
to be 5k plus sqft... the living and dining area is extremely small...very underwhelming.
It's a pretty house but not my style.
I do not like this style. It is boring and cold.
oof, this is completely devoid of any personality. There are many cookie-cutter style homes like this in Utah. No character or life to the place.
