Dear Laura, I have to questions for you: 1. Has somebody been declined of Erasmus + traineeship grant because there were better people competing with him? 2. Can you stay in the country of your choice and get a job after it? For example, your traineeship in a company ends - can they hire you for a fulltime? What if they can't - can I apply for a visa for looking for a job? Thank you so much!
This summer I will be doing an erasmus architecture internship,and this video is really helpful for students like us ,so thanx a lot and you are really pretty :)

Unless you study in Europe, you won't be eligible for an Erasmus internship. You can look for other offers on websites that collect internship offers for everyone, such as Indeed.
