I’ve been a loyal watcher of Pysch2Go for years, despite the fact that the vids tend to be geared towards a younger generation than mine (some of the content is a little Disneyfied and PG rated IMO but I still enjoy every one). Dark empaths on social settings, dark empaths in relationships. How does dark empaths see themselves, is it necessary to have an inflated ego like narcissist? Implications on day to day life, dangers to other people, dangers to themselves, could it be cured, will it easier or harder to deal with a self aware dark empath than say, self aware psychopath. That's for now

Truth is, narcissistic individuals will nvr change their behavior. U can only love them from a distance & pray for them. They don’t see anything wrong with the way they treat other or the way they behave. It’s sad, but that’s just who they are. They thrive off chaos & toxic energy.
They are too stubborn to change their behaviours and yes, that tends to loneliness, specially when they get older. Watch Dr. Ramani videos. She talks everything about narcissists and specially about how they tend to end up alone.

In my opinion I believe I’m a Dark empath and a Narcissist. I’m toxic to my baby daddy and I have no remorse or regrets whatsoever.
I can appreciate the information in the video but not the light hearted tone. These personality types are very dangerous and often criminally inclined. I dated a dark triad personality for 2 yrs and lets just say it ended with lights and sirens. I'm still undergoing psychiatric care after 3 yrs. Enduring and surviving narcissistic abuse is one of those fates worse than death, in my experience. Even if they're out of your life, the impact of their abuse is always there.

Based on logic, I'm technically Dark Empath because I've been diagnosed with NPD and Psychopathy, but I also studied psychology so I know how people's emotions function allowing me to understand people and appear empathetic.
It all just feels like a war between 1vs2 hero vs villains where hero is Empathy and want for doing good while Villains are NPD + Psychopathy and a need to do evil
So my mind is 1 huge bordeline going from 1 to another impulsively, for a few weeks I can be super helpful and the nicest guy you've ever met.. too perfect to be real tho, while the next day at random hour I can wake up with intentions of becoming an incognito menace causing people many troubles that will profit me in a way no one suspects a thing and won't believe someone who frames me
It just feels so wrong when I realize I'm doing it after I've already done that.. ohh bruh I'm such a mess (hold on, what if I'm actually thinking this way to make people feel bad for me and say nice things to me so I can feel better because I've manipulated them to do so..💀, I'm becoming way too self-conscious/aware, I mean it's not wrong.. it's bad but right)

cognitive empathy is easy. We all read ppl's emotions and manipulate them to our benefit for various reasons. When you stay hyper fixated on the world around you, you run all kinds of scenarios in your head including both "good and bad" outcomes. Even sex comes from the ability to read your partners emotions and desires, then dominate them. Having empathy means you can also feel the dark emotions in ppl giving you the ability of understanding both ends of the spectrum. I assumed everyone could "use" their light or dark side at will

Most of us aren't going to feel like we're going to get any justice in the wrongs that were done to us but something has made me smile is hoping how my ex (he was a dark triad) found someone like himself just like he always dreamed for a relationship because I know he wouldn't be okay on the receiving end of his own type of behaviors and actions.
