This is the first movie I saw in my life .. I had it in VCR ... So happy to watch it again after decades

Wtf is up with Prime!? WHY the F would they censor all the swear words from some old R rated cult classic 90s movie!? I quit watching it 40 mins in DUE to it. So what now we can't watch R movies!? Frigging ridiculous. I'm getting more and more overit with Prime Video and their stupidness.

Hey guys and anyone out there, I am looking for another US crime thriller from late 80s to 90s about a murder investigation of a punk (student) who is hanged in the woods on a video tape. At least that's what comes up to my memory. Another fragment I still can remember is that the main detective/character who is trying to solve the murder is abducted by the two killers himself. Being taken as a hostage in an abondand building he overpowers the one of the capturers near the end of the movie. It's kinda pretty much similar to the story of 8 MM with N. Cage, but not one to one. Maybe someone knows the title ? Thx in advance.

@@danieldownum8198 Justin Burgwinkle was a soldier from Fort Ord who went missing. The story is he was leading somewhat a double life like a secret agent, which he also carried a black briefcase everywhere he went. Justin never told his family or his girlfriend about what he was doing or what was wrong. He told his girlfriend before he vanished was this movie. This story was broadcasted on the tv show Unsolved Mysteries.
Just watched the episode it’s crazy like he just vanished
First time watching this movie and I have to say that I enjoyed it, but that part where he says you can give this back to the donors. Yeah, the delivery was way off. It should have been more like. You know, you can't get this money back to the donors or to a worthy cause that you believe in. And of course her response was right on the money. Although the delivery was a little off because she didn't show how much she wanted for the relationship to work out although it was close. And when she says are you in love with your wife? I really think she should have broke down just a little bit to show how much she really cared for him, now when she says are you in love with me? That was perfect. And when he said "I could have been". He shouldn't have said it was a smile! He should have said it showing the sadness that he felt at that moment. And she should have had a tear in her eye to let him know that although she had falling in love with him she cared enough for him that she was willing to let go knowing that this was as close as a wonderful relationship that she had had in a long time. And if you ask how do I know this? It's because I was once in that very situation.
