Horseshoe Curve with Amtrak Boy Scout Salute!

Here's a short video from world famous Horseshoe Curve which is a three-track railroad curve on Norfolk Southern Railway's Pittsburgh Line in Blair County, Pennsylvania just west of Altoona. They have a nice trackside observation park, although it’s about 194 steps to the top since the funicular has been out of service for some time. The first part of the video is from street level and the rest is trackside. At the end of the video you’ll see Amtrak’s eastbound Pennsylvanian give a horn salute to a group of Boy Scouts in the park!
