    It is also important to note that the Beloved Prophet fixed a certain day, every week, for offering this gratitude. He did this for other matters also e.g. visiting Quba Mosque, visiting martyrs’ graves at Uhud, etc. So if Muslims “fix” a certain day, this too is part of Sunnah. Al-Hafiz ibn Rajab al-Hanbali, in his book Lataif al-Maarif, explaining this hadith of Muslim said, “It is good to fast on the days that Allah honored and favored his servants.”

    @ Anisa Mahdi : Excellent Work providing the necessary information so that others may begin to understand the Way of the Sufi.
    @ hendersonic : Exactly. Allah ta'ala did create us to WORSHIP him. We HONOR his MOST BELOVED creation Syedeena Muhammad Mustafa (s.a.w). @Fundamental Ahmed: Anisa Mahdi has provided the necessary Hadith below which justify these positions.

    The hadith is clear evidence of the importance of the commemoration of the Beloved Prophet’s birthday through worship. And Allah the Supreme has commanded in the Holy Qur’an to follow his example -; Indeed following the Noble Messenger of Allah is better for you -; for one who is confident of Allah and the Last Day, and remembers Allah much. [33:21]

    The Beloved Prophet recalls his own creation Narrated from Jabir bin Abdullah , that he said, “Oh, the Rasul Sall Allahu alaihi wa Aalihi wa sallim of Allah, may my father and my mother be sacrificed to you, tell me about the first thing that Allah created, before all other things....

    That is what was said exactly. Meaning that if Allah ta'ala had not have created his most beloved, Syedeena Muhammad Mustafa (s.a.w.), he would not have created ANYTHING. He is the reason for all Creation.

    Wsalam Anisa, Can you provide me a hadith(not fabricated) which prove your statement about milad. I know about fasting on mondays & thursdays. But i want to know the hadith where it mentions Prophet SAWs mentioning milad specifically. If hadith is authentic then i will believe its approved to celebrate milad...but till now i never heard such hadith. Waiting to hear from you .

    ” He said, “Oh, Jabir, Allah created, before anything else, the light of your prophet from His Light. That light started to move about by Allah’s Divine Power to wherever Allah wished. At that time there was neither Tablet nor Pen; neither Paradise nor Fire, no angels; neither Heaven, nor Earth; neither Sun nor Moon; neither Jinn nor humankind. When Allah wanted to create His Creation, He divided that light into four parts (Part of a longer hadith - Musnaf Abdul Razzaq)

    The Beloved Prophet commemorated his own Mawlid by Fasting Sayyidinaa Qatadah Al-Ansaari narrated that the Prophet was asked about fasting on Monday and he replied: “It is the day on which I was born and on which I received the Divine Revelation”. ( Muslim)

    Salaams Fundamental Ahmed
    The Sahabah Karim asked Nabi Pak sallahu alaihe wa salaam about celebrating his sallahu alaihe wa salaam milad, his reply was that he honors his milad with fasting on Mondays. This supports that honoring the milad of Nabi Pak is not invented. There were things that he sallahu alaihe wa salaam approved, disapproved or made no decision either way concerning the situation.

    and you did not tell me why did do you Sufis say all-aah -hu - allaah-uu....Did the Prophet SAWS or sahaba ever practiced this way ??

  • @hishamimad5257
    @hishamimad5257 12 ปีที่แล้ว

    anisamahdi ok, if this practice is really valid...Can you show me an instance with solid evidence where Sahaba R.A like Hazrat Omar, Osman etc celebrated Prophet SAWS birthday like you people do ...If this practice was valid i am sure the first 4 Caliphs would have surely done it.

    brother mahdi, you made one statement and one hadith and are combining both illogically to justify mawlid celebration. First statement you said "The Beloved Prophet celebrated his own Mawlid by offering extra Aqeeqah. " Where is the Hadith for This which says the word " birthdate of prophet and celebration?????? This is merely your own statement ...

  • @fundamentalahmed8989
    @fundamentalahmed8989 12 ปีที่แล้ว

    Your other statement(hadith) you posted says " TheProphet slaughtered an Aqeeqah (sacrificial animal) on his own behalf, after receiving his first revelation. (Bayhaqi, Suyuti). ----------Mehdi bro , This just says he did aqeeqah when he recieved revelation not on his birthday ....Why are you attributing a lie to Prophet SAWS that he celebrated his birthday when infact it was only aqeeqah ?or maybe your sheikh is lying. And i dont know if this hadith is authentic on aqeeqah.

  • @anisamahdi
    @anisamahdi  12 ปีที่แล้ว

    The Beloved Prophet celebrated his own Mawlid by offering extra Aqeeqah. Narrated Sayyidinaa Anas that the Beloved Prophet slaughtered an Aqeeqah (sacrificial animal) on his own behalf, after receiving his first revelation. (Bayhaqi, Suyuti).

    its important to praise Prophet SAWS..best way to praise him is recite Darood shariff..the practice of milad_nabi never existed in the early days of islam. This is clearly an invented thing.Wake up and follow the true way of Prophet SAWS.....find proper ways to praise him. Making milad_nabi is just like how christians invented the matter of celebrating Prophet Jesus Birthdate.
