Those chilaquiles looked incredible!!! And I can’t believe you’ve never had crema mexicana with your Mexican food before - I can’t go without it! Yum yum yum. I’m having tacos for dinner tomorrow for sure.

Hi Randy, I really enjoy your videos! I really appreciate you embracing these wonderful Mexican foods in your videos. Both of my kids love chilaquiles verdes- one thing though, it's not cream cheese on top... It's mexican sour cream aka crema mexicana. Saludos!!
Glad to see you slow down and enjoy some real flavor! Bring your appetite back to Texas but stay away from the big cities! Like Mineral Wells, San Saba, LLano, Lulling and a few others. REAL Texas food, real Texas BBQ, real Tex-Mex food and even real Mexican food! Flavors you never knew existed away from the big cities! Bring Katina! She'll love it too!

Fried pork intestines are amazing! It’s my favorite taco and keep it simple cilantro, onion, fresh squeezed lime and salsa rojo to top it off!

For tripa tacos you have to get the tripe crispy. Add salt, lime, onions and cilantro.
