as soyoung.p said both of them have different styles. hyerim is a dancer who has a strong character in her dance where we can see the dance moves clearly even when boy cover dance and it is very fresh when she dances in a contrasting style whereas seyoung dances well in the idol dance with added facial expressions. I still don't like the voting system but both of them are really good dancers. I understand very well that Seyoung is very popular and maybe it will slightly affect the vote results in the community but that doesn't mean she is way less than Hyerim.
