    Practice #2 really spoke to me. I’ve been ‘good’ & ‘nice’ since childhood. I love that part of myself; I truly do. But it too often feels like I lose my voice. Sometimes I don’t even notice until it’s too late. It’s so ingrained in me.

      I know what you mean. Sometimes we need to practice noticing it before anything else 😊

      Thank you for articulating this so well I was brought up the same, so I know what you mean about it being/feeling ingrained. I don't want to sound like a harsh feminist I want to retain that softness, feminine, warmth but more assertively. I'm just not around people at the moment x

    I think I was in my feminine as a child and then life happened and as a teen I flipped straight into survival and masculine energy and I’ve never been able to let myself get back there fully I’m scared to let feminine in but I guess that’s the lesson

    Yes, it is really very important to start working on your emotions, instead of blocking them. At first it is very difficult and frightening, but It releases a lot of energy and in the process the feelings change from negative to positive. As a result, feelings cease to be something interfering and you begin to listen to them in order to better understand what is happening.

    Thank you so much for this wonderful video and for bringing this topic to your channel. The practice that will work best for me is: To open my heart - loving all aspects of ourselves. I have always been the "nice Girl". Time to be authentic and embracing self love.

    I have wanted to learn about divine feminine energy for so long and I am feeling so guided by your videos. I am going through a very transformative phase in my life, healing myself and loving myself. Your videos make me understand myself on a deeper level. I am so grateful for your knowledge!

    Your videos have given me such a better understanding on what feminine energy is, that really rings true for me, intuitively. The time's I've tried to approach healing my feminine energy in the past, I've done so whilst remaining in my masculine energy and now I see why that approach has made me feel more stuck. Time to let go of perfection. I have to say though, it is so hard to stay in feminine energy when the world affirms and rewards the busy, goal-orientated masculine!

      Totally get you! 💕 the best we can do is to just show up to our feminine energy every day, even if it’s in the smallest way for that day.

    I’ve played the ”queen” and those days my days have been fantastic! I practised it by my posture, very streight, head up, walking self-consciously, smiling etc. Quess how may men looked after me that day and said something polite? I recommend playing the queen! I must do it again! 😄👑

    Dear Tertia, thank your for your videos. They bring me much guidance and wisdom I really need right now. I have been struggling with depression and I've realized it is connected to how much I was forced to repress my emotions and desires in a traumatic childhood. But I hope I can learn to nurture back into life all that creativity, freedom of expression and confidence I've repressed over the years. All the best.

    Hi Tertia! Glad that you're sharing your practices in order for us women to activate our feminine energy that I am now practicing as well and I'm feeling joy, love, and have radical acceptance to the my new Queendom after healing my inner child. I am excited to share my own experience with my tribe who are curious to embrace their truest power. Blessings! :)

    My third comment: My occupation is an architect and it has made me unhappy. Architecture is mascuine and feminine is seen ”weak” and bad architecture. I remember, the first year we studied and we had to plan a fireplace. The teacher said to me that my plan is ”too feminine”. (I should have made a box, my fireplace had curved forms and some details that mase it decorative - it was dumbed, it was too feminine). Female architects have lost their femininity just because it is denied totally during our studies.

  • @sannajohanna5579
    @sannajohanna5579 3 ปีที่แล้ว

    All of these practises are great. This video is helpful to me now when I’ve spoken my word and not been a nice girl who they can dumb just like that. (One person diminished my role in one task, as if I had done nothing. I stood up…) Of course, the make me that ”bad” person. It is amazing that I should just smile silently when they ignore me. I often wonder, am I too blond? I am naturally blond (I am Scandinavian) but it does not make me weak mentally. This blond outlook looks so soft that people seem to think that they can do anything. Then they get ”surprised” that I say something. This often happens, and I am tired of it that I must protect myself so much and when I do, I am that ”nasty” one.

    I've only recently discovered your channel and I am so glad I have. Everything you say really resonates with me. I used to journal a lot when I was younger but it's as if as I have aged I have become more reliant on my masculine energy and dismissed my feminine. Thank You so much for your guidance, I will definitely be asking myself those questions and witnessing rather than judging. 💛

    Hey I have a question for you. If they are not about gender, why are they called masculine and feminine energies ?

    • @TertiaRieglerEmbodiment
      @TertiaRieglerEmbodiment  ปีที่แล้ว

      My understanding of these terms are that they are abstract in nature. They refer more to the characteristics of masculinity and femininity that are present in all people regardless of their gender.
