I grew up in the suburbs of Chicago. Loved this video. I miss the wonderful city I was used to! I’ve been in northern Colorado since 1988 transferred by Kodak.
My God, my city is beautiful. Thank you SO MUCH for not using music or talking over the video. The sound of the car was all I needed. I'm looking at this in VR on my Quest 2, and it's really like being in the car with you. I'm far from home, and so homesick looking at this. Please film more. It felt like being back home again. And if you're looking for suggestions, I'd absolutely love to see video of Sarasota, Florida, or really anywhere in Florida. California too! The palm trees and beaches are the perfect fantasy for frigid winter nights. Liked and subbed!!!
Will do more of Chicago but first I'll cover Madison WI, Green Bay and Tampa FL :) I just came back from Sarasota. I didn't thing that one might be interesting :) Thanks for watching
@@drivethrough7220 I know. Sarasota's an acquired taste. Tampa's great. I can't wait to see your footage. But if you just happen to jump down to Siesta Key for a walk on the beach, it would be awesome. If not, really any beach will do at this point. It's mid-December. We just got hit with a bunch of wicked tornados here in the midwest, and now it's cold again. This sucks. Winter just gets worse from here. Believe me, a sleepy seaside village with palm trees and sugar sand beaches is VR paradise when the weather is nasty. If I turn the fan on myself, it's like being there.
