Beginning me ham 2 operands per work kar rhe te or last me ham 3 operands per work kar rhe he.

To a=3 hoga & b=5 ;

Because Increment & Decerment operator is Compiler dependent.
Different Compiler Gives different answer.
In Code blocks it is different.
This is the concept of Visual Studio.

Explanation of your doubt-
In 1st question I write.
int a , b = 1;
a = b++;
and b++ is post increment operator, Jo apni value 1 step ke baad increase karta he.
means ( a= b++ ) vali line 2 steps me complete hogi.
1st) a = b;
2nd) b = b+1;
to is vajy se a = 1 and b = 2 hoga.
agr aapko confusion ho to aap ye video dekh li jiy beginning sirf, because Increment and decrement operators are compiler dependent ( Means alg compiler pr alg answer aata he .

The Compiler update the value of a one by one , at the end.
The value of a is 13 and puts every where where a comes.
And b = 13 + 13 +13.
b=39.

in case of increment and decrement oparators the associavity rule is from right to left
In case of Pre - Increment and Pre - Decrement Operator the associativity is from -( Right to Left ) and in Case of Post -Increment and Post - Decrement Operator , the associativity is from Left to Right.
