Always Sunny in Konosuba
I love Konosuba! It feels like having a TTRPG campaign where all the Players ended up making gag characters, and they always end up causing more trouble for themselves than the DM could actually throw at them. The Opening and Ending credit sequences are a really nice addition to the story. Usually these are just credits, but Konosuba has a distinct narrative in the opening and ending sequences that actually add to the overall experience.
Hope you get to watch more! There's a season 2, a movie, and then currently airing is season 3 which is as good as it's ever been.

This isekai is seriously a rollercoaster, so many unbelievable moments
don't forget to watch the movie after season 2 :D .. because it is canon and a continuation of the story .. season 3 is linked so much to what happens in the movie so don't forget to watch it first after season 2 .. have a good time ^^

If you want to watch the natural evolution of an isekai, you should watch Mushoku Tensei or Re: Zero
They are basically an isekai with an actual plot, drama, and characterization, which you find in a good story.
The snails pass of konosuba is good for what is it though if slow passed is your thing there are others that run even slower though most do not get an anime adaption as they go so slow that they will take more than 1 season to get to the goal stated in the first chapter of the first volume.
For example the LN of "Hell Mode" it is a slow build up for the main character and around volume 5 or 6 it gets to where most anime are at in episode 4. So very slow but the MC is also very strong and kind of smart with what he has to work with that no one else has in the world. Just the how slow it goes thing is the most likely reason it will not get an anime. No one wants to watch a character daily grinding for a skill even konosuba made fun of that.
Another example that will take less time to go through and read it all is "This is Screwed Up, but I Was reincarnated as a GIRL in Another world!". Yes a gender bender manga but read the entire first volume before you make up your mind.
Villaness Level 99 is a good light novel so the anime should also be good. Hopefully they didn't rush the story in the anime as the light novels are entire story arcs in a single volume. The romance story carries over from volume to volume and the main character gets smarter about what and how romance works. So if you are looking for isekai romance drama it is a good one. It has action and adveture in it but they are not the focus of the story.
Konosuba only get better, and dont forget the spin off Isekai Quartet, but what overlord, shield hero, tania first since all apear in it.
