Dear Mr. Mahapatra! Thanks for your queries... hope these answers serve your purpose - 1. Hettich soft close Innotech drawer may last for many many years subject to proper loading & use. 2. None of the brands is perfect or best in function for all products. Therefore, given a chance to us, we use different brands for different products. 3. Hafele & Hettich both are good brands. The answer under point no 2 has covered this. 4. Acrylic can be used in both Kitchen & wardrobe. All above are based on our experience but at times the product is based on customer choice & preference. Besides, all products are designed for their application & working condition. Here, in India, we are more used to abusing things than using them, therefore, the life of any product is more dependent on how the product is used. Thanks!
