The fact that this home is on a somewhat more spacious lot, or no one a few feet away immediately struck me as a big selling point. I could see maybe covering the porch with an awning or bird cage. There's a really cute retro Florida vibe. It's similar to Venture Out down by Big Pine, but the location, I think would be more desirable. I could see living there full-time if you have a good plan for hurricane season. Loved the shipping container house. I guess there's a lot of options should it get destroyed which is pretty cool. Thank you for sharing this affordable option that I can't see being on the market for long❤

Have you guys considered making a video about the ROGO 'points' system of valuation which controls whether and/or how soon (in relation to other building permit applications) one will be issued a building permit in Monroe County? I think that would be helpful in explaining why property values have increased so relentlessly in Monroe County vs any other county in Florida. What will get your permit expedited is cash in the right place. Monroe County is one of the most corrupt I've ever seen, and I've seen a few.
