Carl Ward, who is the head coach and began the journey of the Neath-based football club Coed Darcy, shares how big of a role being a grassroots football coach is in his life.
In this short feature video, Carl also shares his experiences in coaching, how Coed Darcy has become his 'second family', and the role Coed Darcy plays in fighting the battle against ill mental health.
