Sometimes when I cry about how my life is, I like to imagine me being in a beautiful castle style mansion, resting on a victorian style couch with my crush, I imagine a big closet full of all the clothes I could possibly want, a piece of strawberry chocolate cake left on the table, with a self playing piano in the background creating wonderful melodies to help make me fall asleep. I imagine my dad being happy and kind, not just to put on a fake persona, I imagine him with my stepmom happily married. As I listen, I slowly begin to ascend to a reality of peace and warmth. I still cry thinking about this imaginary reality, but its a comfort sort of crying. Happy tears. Of the life I could have.
