Yeah even though taka is tamahome. But to hear miaka callin taka's name instead of tamahome is not satisfying. But what we can do it's the authors decision anyway atlest they still ended up together and that's d power of love .
I love all of the Voice Talents in Fushigi Yuugi. Everyone fits in with their roles perfectly! Man, one of the few animes where I would approve the English Voice Talents.
Yuu Watase (the author) has a habit of making her creations into tragedy's. Same thing with her other manga series, Absolute Boyfriend. Though in this case... Not a total tragedy. I thought it was pretty heartwarming that Tamahome was literally right before Miaka's eyes at the end.
Now after watching this OVA, it became nonsense. It ruined my childhood favourite anime. Episode 52 is already a happy ending. Kainis I shouldn’t watch this.

this anime is frustrating but i like it i hate the part when tomoe said he'll never let go miaka but when he's master said that they can't be together he lets the other girl who knew tomoe for so long hook up with him miaka saw him about to kiss her.i think its between episode 30-50 i get guilty or something when that happens
I feel sorry for the two lovers Miyaka and Tamahome... But I feel so sorry for Hotohori... Even he has Hoki already and had a son... Still he deeply love Miyaka... It can be seen in his eyes... Miyaka's happiness was his happiness too... Pure and deep love... Oh so sad...

You know, I read FY when I was a teenager, but the jump to the search for Taka's memories, seemed like there was a small section of story missing before it. I couldn't read the gaidens at the time because they weren't translated, but this gives a decent and plausible enough prelude and connection to that arc, though the short novels are best
i taught tomo died in the hands of suboshi in mysterious play? or he's just fataly wounded i guess. and nakago, he still have his power despite miaka sealed seiryu away? and finally the two genbu warrior? im kinda confuse. Sorry! 😔😔
I think this is a prequel of Episode 52, the time Taka was introduced in the end. Miaka's brother narrated that Taka's childhood dreams were just like Tamahome's memories. In this episode, Taitskun gave the jewels to Tamahome to have the chance to live (or to be reincarnated) in Miaka's world, that's why Taka was now Tamahome's reincarnation.
Too much attention for that Yui {censored}.... still wondering why she of all characters was not killed off for good. Its Miakas luck to have horrible female friends
FuumaDarina Yui sure was naive, but she's not really a bad person. if you got it all right, she was fooled by nakago since the very beginning. she just needed a push back into reality.
Amiboshi's memories came back. He felt that Yui came back to their world and needs to be saved. He knew that his brother, Suboshi always wanted to protect Yui coz he lovers her, that's why he let his twin take over his body to save his beloved.
because it ruined my emotions i went to google and searched for the whole story . its impressive . now i wanna watch everything because nuriko will be back 😊😊
