For the fov, you don't have to do 100, just do the one your comfortable with and comboes are not jumping on to someone, its how many times you hit a person without them dealing damage to you.

Some tips to improve ur aim concentration - FPS players play aimtrainers such as Aimlabs to improve their aim and Tracking is basicly aim concentration so those types of aim trainers will help u if u play the correct gamemodes for ur practice
