Major Prize WIN from STACKER!

- We decided to try the STACKER hack to see if we could win all the minor prizes at this Stacker arcade game. We were able to successful execute the hack and win every single minor prize! We left that Stacker machine EMPTY!!! After Angel won all the minor prizes, he decided to test his luck at going for a major prize. To our surprise, HE WON!!!! This is our first time ever winning a major prize from a Stacker machine! We were pretty excited and very surprised. :)
How STACKER works:
The goal in STACKER is to align rows of moving blocks on top of each other. A player who can stack 11 rows will win a minor prize, which is usually low in value. A player who gets to the top row wins a major prize.
When you start, a line of blocks will scroll across the screen. You press the stop/start button and the blocks will freeze in place; then the next level of blocks will start scrolling across. You have to align every subsequent level on top of the previous blocks. If you miss the previous blocks completely, you will lose. The lower levels will start off with 3 blocks and as you progress the levels become harder with only 2 blocks and finally 1 block.
Stacker is marketed as a skill-based game which means you should be able to win every single time. We have found that this is the case if you are going for a minor prize. You can always win a minor prize if you practice a few times. The major prize is a different story!

We tries to do the hack on the major prize once, it did not work. I believe the hack only works on the minor prizes.

Luckily in your case the minor prize isn't rigged, but at my local stacker it is! The highest you can rig the minor prize I think is 1 in 4. The minor prize hack used to work but owners can fix it now by selecting 'ignore user input after prize selection' on the main game board meaning it won't register if you press continue after selecting your minor prize, but the minor prizes are these cool mini minion plush about 4 inches tall so for £2 ($1.20) it's worth it!

I never win at Stacker. The arcade machines I usually like playing the most (rather than Stacker), by the way are Whistle Stop and Movie Stop (the way those games work... Press the stop button when red L.E.D. lights line up with the arrow, carousel then slows to a stop, and if you hit the stop button at the right time, the prize's row of lights land on the green lights, you win that prize in that column). You should give it a try one day if y'all come across a machine like those.
Joe Raia We do have that game around here; we never ever win at it though. We will have to record the next time we play it.
The only prizes from the Whistle Stop machine that are easy to win (but still have to line up with the arrow) are mostly those small capsules.

You can win without being 1 in 400 or whatever the payout rate is here. It says it in the Operators Manual that Its a skill and luck game. I'm guessing the payout rate was small on this machine. Because the Major Prizes weren't that high value.

So... I tried this yesterday with a stacker here in Aalst (Yup far far far away Belgium) And it worked! Too bad the owner of it was watching me behind my back :p whoops. He let me keep the prizes, I only had the time to "win" three small duck keychains.
My boyfriend, however, was impressed. We know where they got a lot of those Stacker games and where the owner is not walking around and stuff. So we will be checking those out soon :p

I think that maybe the hack might also clear out the payout for the major prize then resets the payout after a major was won due to the fact it glitched the credits screen also.

In my closest restraunt they have a stacker and it isn't red but the prizes are SOO cool!! Like theres jumbo candy bars... water bottle holders, I also cleared out the machine and I got a rainbow loom bands from it!! And its only 50 cents like the regular machines
