On top of that, ELC will be able to penetrate Leopard with HE unless it's a back or a side, and German minigun has a really weak High Explosives that are not able to penetrate such a piece of paper aka AMX ELC bis. Also, electric biscuit is smaller than our 3rd German animal trinity, then it's harder to hit a shot. So, maybe ramming? Leo definitely more effective at ramming, and nothing more. To sum up, I see there a really balanced match (Leo's ramming abilities and AMX's gun), but I think that AMX will won the face off.

They are quite equal but I think the amx is a bit better with its speed and gun and impressive armour plus I have had a few battles where even heavy tanks couldn't pen the amx well in certain cases but the amx can't turn it's turret fully witch is a downside

Nope the Type 62 is the best light because its have very good dpm its have 250mm heat pen and its one of the fastest tanks in the game the Terrain resistance is insane
I do not agree, ELC sucks, i almost ever find me with the Leopard destroying them, usually 1 entire magaine followed by raming into the ELC (probably taking 1 shot yourself from the ELC) and 1 or 2 clips its enough to destroy them. take note that there is two results, either or you take by surprise the ELC, shoot and ram, leaving the ELC with little time to shoot. You shoot your last 2 clips and resulting in you winning the encounter with the most health possible of the two encounters. or you do not take him by surprise and get shot 2 times, and you end up with the least health, still winning tough. So yeah ELC sucks.
