The reporter was given a certificate of temporary asylum in the Luhansk People's Republic, reports the official representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Irina Volk.
"It so happened that my country decided to 'terrorize' me for showing the truth from Donbass," shared Graham Phillips.
The journalist has been covering events in Donbass since 2014.
