I love how you added the hand drawn splatter. It definitely gives you more control. I never seem to like just going willy-nilly with water/shimmer brushes. If I use a really small tip paint brush, it seems to give me more of the look I'm after, but takes FOREVER. Will definitely be trying this technique in future.

I love your process. And it doesn’t take you long. I’ve never ever used my stamps in scrapbooking but I really like it. I’ve never used the alphabet and that is amazing. I just love that I love these pages.

As soon as I saw what you were doing, I wanted to tell you that the journaling needed a black mat behind it, so I am glad you read my mind!! 😀 The pages turned out lovely & you are right by using the pale shades of the colours in the flowers it just highlighted the photos instead of competing. So thank you so much for taking the time to document these bright photos as I have learnt a lot because I would have been daunted by trying to document them & probably put them back in my stash for later!! So my takeaway has been - sit them on white daisy, use black to accent & go on from there... 😊
