@@Vinsainto yes coconut cream too all you have to do is get it as cold as possible even the mixing bowl and whip it on high speed for a minute or so and it would be done😬
yes! also gotta make sure there's absolutely no water in the bowl or on the whisk or it won't whip up properly!

Totally not a celebrity but I’m from Australia and I have a Polish grandma and German grandpa so I grew up on some interesting dishes, my dad also makes one all the time and I know how much bloody time it takes so you should totally attempt to make some Plutsky, ( “Placki Ziemniaczane” in Polish, pronounced as “plat-ski zyem-nya-chaneh”) - which to be fair actually mightn’t take that long if you’re only making it for yourself/Naomi cause we go thru like 2kgs of potatoes - peeled! 😂
I can get my dad/grandmas recipe for you if you like but since you’re vegan you may need to find some substitutes but not too many. We also put a bit of bacon on the top 😍
