the concept of this is a woman who is In a toxic relationship with her husband. She blames herself for the sexual abuse and comes to realise that it isn't her fault and she must leave him for the sake of her son!
Just don't relate this to reality. It's fiction. Not that rape never happens, but rape culture has been proven to be non existent in the vast majority of western countries despite what sjws will tell you.
