    Thank you for making a quick review of the machine buttons. It’s very helpful. Our clinical site just got one, so I hope to learn more how to use it within the upcoming months. 😊

    Can u elaborate on fast flow vs slow flow? Which one is better for ovarian flow to rule out torsion when you aren’t getting any flow signal

    Also… do you wrap the cord around your wrist once? I’m in the field and do so maybe 90% of the time. Coworkers tell me not to… your thoughts, please.

      I don’t but I used to put it over my neck much to the chagrin of everyone. They sell arm bands for that purpose. As long as cords not too tight I don’t see a problem..

    The new L2-9 though? Doesn’t it bug you? How light it feels? I feel like I could easily crush it, I dislike- as well as the TCGs. I’m used to the weight of the others.
    However… that machine scans pediatric spines and abd VERY well…
    The transducer does feel hollow to me.

      My carpal tunnel loves how light the L-9 is, lol!
      I do however hate the TGCs and almost never use them.

      Pick OB preset as per gest age. When exam is ended, hit calcs tab and print worksheet ( on the screen) at the end, you will find all the saved numbers.

    I hope someone can answer this question: when do I use harmonics and what is it use for?

    • @sunshinedaydream3983
      @sunshinedaydream3983 ปีที่แล้ว

      I don’t know if this helps but I was told to always push auto and then harmonics when I’m doing abdominal scans

      It generally improves your frame rate and stops a specific type of artifact but I forgot! Did you figure it out?

    • @jasonwong4448
      @jasonwong4448 9 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Hello! Thank you for responding. I think I figured it out. Harmonic decreases artifacts and improves resolution. Is the CHI button on the Ultrasound machine. Give it a try buddy! 🤗@@fabiomino3506

    Хуйня вся эта сенсорика, очень неудобно, физические кнопки удобнее.
