Thank you very much. I'm glad you liked. I want to keep on posting, but actually my actual routine is full and I don't have time to study. I think with my youngest kid growing up, I'll return to study. Best regards.
Mình là người học đàn piano và mình sắp học bài này,khi nghe thấy bạn đánh,thật cảm động,mình rất mong chờ được học và đánh bài này như bạn,cảm ơn đã cho mình động lực để đánh như bạn!
Thanks, this is the last song in my copy of Suzuki method book 2, but does not feature in the TH-cam videos for that book, so perhaps it was cut for later editions.
Talvez no futuro...
I've gotta do Minuet in G Minor (1700s), Sonatina in D Major by James Hook (1800s), Arabesque by Burgmüller (1900s) and Star Wars May the Force be with you Arranged by Dan Coates (free choice of music)
hey i have one doubt, in the sheet i got there's those signs of waves on some notes and then there are some numbers above them, what does that mean? i've seen you didn't do nothing special on those notes.
Hi. The numbers mean a suggestion of fingering by the editor. You can follow it or not. The waves are ornaments, called mordents. Unfortunately, in this rendition I didn't execute them. You can see how it works just googling, or you can go to the other Minuet (in G major), where I executed them. Best regards.
@@icmusic1 thank you, now i know that when it's only the sign you rapidly play the note, one above and end on the first note, but i didn't find anything about the numbers tho
From number 1 to 5 you have the thumb, index, middle, ring and pinky. That's all you have to know. Remembering that the numbers on the sheet are suggestions by the editor. You don't have necessarily to follow them.
I use a black carpet under the piano. Also I record with black pants. Finally, I decrease the brightness and increase the contrast in a video edition software. 😉
There are some years I studied this piece. I guess I just followed the sheet, but if I would take a look in it again, I think I'd keep the fingering. But, yes, pinky is absolutely doable. 😊👍🏼
You should avoid fingers 1 and 5 on the black keys. Sometimes it's not possible, but is a general rule to follow. There's an excellent book about fingering, called "The Art of Piano Fingering", by Rami Bar Niv. I highly recommend. Best regards from Brazil.
@@icmusic1 Wow, I'm so grateful. I was unnaware of that. I shall review my fingering on other pieces I already play as well, and get a teacher as soon as possible to avoid further mistakes. Thanks a lot for the book recommendation too! Best wishes from Mexico!
Hi. Thanks for the comment. Yes, sorry about that. At that time I had just a few months of piano study. If you check later pieces on the channel you'll see them (the trills). Best regards.
I’m playing this for my grade two exam
Good luck. 😊
How did it go
@@EGARit yet to do it
2 months to go
What book did you get the piece from?
Never heard this original minute in g.
Only listened piano tiles version but this is awesome too.
That G Minor in Piano Tiles is actually an arrangement for the Bach - Prelude in C Minor (BWV 847).
@@icmusic1 ohhh
G minor - Minute G
Lots of confusion here for me😁😁😆

Play song Danger Zone from first album of Virgin Steele. It starts with this composition played on synth and electric guitars

It's ok! Take your time!
Both the Major and Minor minuets(Not-Actually-Bach works 114 and 115)are very suitable for beginners at piano, and quite lovely.
Got to learn this for 6th grade piano class, form “Autumn Leaves” to this
Good luck. 😊👍🏼
