too bad dustin sounds like hes recovering from a stroke in every song but this one and one other. and none of the guests sound like theyre into it... coming from a fan thats had their band symbol on their neck for 20 years now. this and one other are the only 2 as good as or better than the original...it pains me to listen to the rest like all the albums almost entirely after this one do

I'm not that different in age from him and I've been screaming straight hardcore and I smoke and I don't sound like straight up stroke recovery slurred. Matter fact I can still hit the same notes melodically that I could hit 20 years ago. That may not be professional but I sing everyday. Scream everyday. You think being professional you be responsible unlike dude from bullet who had to have vocal surgery or the very irresponsible M. Shadows. Then people owe it to the fans to take care of them self but they care about money in the system and fame so much that they destroy theirselves for Love of the game rather than the fans. It's their choice not to take care of their voice. And even if shadows who actually has been screaming that long instead of going on melodic and whiny stupid people to sleep for the last 20 years almost entirely, can still somewhat sing like he did when he wasn't a sellout yet.. in Dustin's voices barely recognizable as the same person and I've heard them live probably more than most people reading this. I used to eat sleep and breathe them until they started producing garbage. And I still listen to the good stuff from what they just butchered redoing aside from two tracks that actually got redeemed by doing this because the originals weren't that great admittedly compared to the rest of the album epicness despite it was their last album where every song was good to some degree. I digress, he could have taken care of himself and thought about the die-hard fans that I've done nothing but talk about what a joke they turned out to be from the grandness that they used be before they sold out to mainstream like every other disappointing band that used to be great but decided they'd love money more than their fans or self respect. Coming from someone who's had them tattooed on him for twenty years now and that's the only regret in my life, further cemented by the letdown that I can't believe I got excited for till hearing it and despite the few dissenting voices here in the few people patting them on the back that probably liked them after they sold out and had no idea who they were before, there is a literal shit ton of people that agree if you don't believe me go to Reddit where people that aren't kissing ass or expressing real opinions about it. I hope he decides to retire the band after this because if he can't do better than that on something that he's trying to commemorate their last good album with, then he just needs to quit before he embarrasses himself further because his voice is done. You can't even understand some of the words hes saying it's so slurred. Someone heard me playing it earlier and asked if he was wasted on heroin and benzos... It's sad because I scream much harder than he has since phoenix ignition 9n the regular and smoke and dont drink water and I can still sing near falsetto without a slur so there's no excuse considering he's only like three or four years older than me, other than riding his voice hard and throwing it away wet and disrespecting the fans in that way in an embarrassing manner rather than just a straight-out right bad influences made them sell out in the first place to the upcoming millemotards
