As we reflect on the past year and prepare to proceed with our 2025 plans，I hope everyone has included their relationship with the ocean， no matter how land-locked or separated from it you might be.
In truth， all life on this planet carries an inherent connection to the ocean ecosystem. It is a bond as deep， strong and vast as the ocean itself. The ocean has not only moved mountains throughout history， but completely buried them. Ocean health is directly linked to our own， in the form of climate， weather， food security and medicine.
The survival of the human family really depends on our ability to honor this innate and unbreakable tie we have to our Blue Planet and all its various bizarre forms of life. Looking forward to surviving this next year with you all， and bringing more of what's Beneath the Surface up into The Light of Day.
