2:31 you said you struggle with anxiety and i used to and what helped me was my relationship with God. I’m christian and pray every time I get anxious. Prayer helped me a lot with my anxiety :)

7:30 this is literally me, I went to a French school with a French curriculum from kindergarten till I was 13. I moved to the US when I was 13 I’m now 20 and I can feel myself forgetting literal everyday words then I get too embarrassed to speak in French with other Francophones and end up speak to them in English instead because I can hear how bad my accent is and I’m scared of making basic grammatical mistakes
