If people like that Rem 700 and can't find one, there is a similar and probably better model called the Rem 700 NRA American Hunter -- 5R rifling, Fluted barrel, 5/8 x 24 thread, and Bell & Carlson stock, Oversized bolt handle - big improvement. I replaced the Rem trigger with Timney set at 1.8 lbs and I bedded the recoil lug. I now shoot 0.36 MOA at 100 yards and 0.46 MOA at 250 Yards. Nice rifle in 6.5 Creedmoor. Can be found on Gunbroker at discount prices.

Sightron S-TAC 4-20x50. It is the MOA-2 reticle. I really like the reticle, the glass is decent (not great on 20x), and the turrets track great. It would be a great buy if you find a sale on one.

Haha thanks! We let the fox, hawks, vultures, or other scavengers have them. We are out to keep the population of these chucks in check. Most of the chucks we got this year were from one farm that hasn't been hunted in a couple of years. Needless to say, the fields are littered with holes.
@@ChuckinTV You are doing good work. Down here in TX and LA we have Nutrea rats eating the dams on the bayous. LA pays money for each one killed and they supposedly taste really good. I had one eat a hole in the side of my pond but the dogs ran him away before I could shoot him. What State are you guys in?
Nice shooting fellas!! I have a custom 300wsm varmint rifle I’d love for you guys to shoot and film with. It pushes a 125gr ballistic tip 3975fps, whatever you hit it’s done for and it’s good to1000 yards. I’m a big believer in light bullets at high velocity with a slow twist for varmint hunting. I also do all my own rebarreling and action blue printing, if you fellas need anything I’d be glad to help you out. Let me know if I can be of service to ya,, and great shootin as always. 😜👍

Absolutely. There's a reason why mine makes so many appearances on these videos. I always keep it close by for closer range shots.

I've had the Marlin model-xt-22m since right after it came out. It is very accurate and I have had zero problems.
